Evaluation under UV 254 nm. Detection by spraying with modified anisaldehyde - sulfuric acid reagent. For selective detection of cannabinoids, plates were sprayed with 0.5 % fast blue B salt in water, followed by spraying with 0.1 M sodium hydroxide solution.
