Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Chinese Trad. & Herb. Drugs (Zhongcaoyao) 33 (3), 261-263 (2002). TLC on silica gel with 1) chloroform - methanol 5:1, 2) benzene - acetone 7:1. Detection 1) under UV 365 nm, 2) by spraying with 5% FeCl3 in ethanol. Identification by finger print technique.
cultivated in Poland. Proc. Intern. Symp. on Planar Separations Plan. Chrom. 291-296 (2003). TLC, HPTLC and OPLC of ginsenosides (e.g. Rb 1, Rc, Re, Rd, Rg1, and Rg 2) on normal and HPTLC silica gel with chloroform - methanol - ethyl acetate - water 15:22:40:9 (I) and chloroform - methanol - ethyl acetate - water - hexane 10:11:30:4:2 (II). Mobile phase II gave better results for circular and linear forced-flow OPLC. Visualization by spraying with Godin's reagent (5% sulfuric acid in ethanol and 1% vanillin in ethanol) and heating at 105°C for 10 min. Quantitation by densitometry at 540 nm.

Detection 1) under UV 254 nm and 365 nm; 2) by spraying with 5 % AlCl3 in ethanol. Identification by fingerprint technique.
Abstract G-26, IPC (2005). A simple HPTLC method is reported for analysis of guggulsterones E and Z in herbal extract and market formulations containing commiphora mukul. Guggulsterones were extracted from crude extract and formulations by ethyl acetate. HPTLC on silica gel with n-hexane - ethylacetate 3:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 250 nm. The hRf value of E-guggulsterone was 38 and of Z-guggulsterone 46, linearity range for both isomers was 200-5000 ng/mL. The method was validated as per ICH guidelines.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 19, 212-215 (2006). HPTLC of swertiamarin and amarogentin on silica gel in a saturated twin-trough chamber with ethyl acetate - methanol - water 77:8:8. Detection under UV light. Quantitation in reflectance/absorbance mode at 235 nm.
J. High Resol. Chromatogr. 6, 49-50 (1983). Two-dimensional TLC of urine extract, amphetamine, methamphetamine, deprenyl + propyrgylanara with 1) chloroform - methanol - borate buffer pH 6.5 7:5:1.2) -5 % tri-ethanolamine in chloroform. Detection by UV 254 nm.
