Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Chinese J. Acad. Mil. Med. Sci. (Junshi Yixue Kexuequan Yuankan) 16, 300-302 (1992). TLC of morphine on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 80:15:5. Detection by spraying with Dragendorff’s reagent. Detection limit 0.1 µg/spot.
60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress PA-08, (2008). HPTLC of ofloxacin and ornidazole on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - toluene - diethyl amine - water 20:15:25:10:1 in a saturated (20 min) twin trough chamber. Densitometric evaluation at 304 nm. The method was linear in the range of 20-250 ng/µL for both compounds. Recovery was between 100.6 and 101.2 %. The method is suitable for routine quality control.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 15, 35-37 (1995). TLC of amiodarone on silica with ethyl acetate - chloroform - acetone NH3 20:5:5:1. Detection under UV 254 nm. Quantification by densitometry at 240 nm (absorbance). Recovery > 97%.
60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress PA-87, (2008). HPTLC of carvedilol on silica gel with toluene - chloroform - methanol - acetic acid 20:20:10:1. Densitometric evaluation at 240 nm. The method was linear in the range of 50-1000 ng/spot. The method could effectively separate the drug from its degradation products (acid, base, oxidaline, photodegradation). The kinetic studies confirmed that the drug is more degraded in alkaline medium than in acidic medium.
J. AOAC Int. 79, 1277-1280 (1996). TLC of lamotrigine (3,5-diamino-6-[2,3-dichlorophenyl]-1,2,4-triazine), 3,5-diamino-6-[2-methoxyphenyl]-1,2,4-triazine (as internal standard), carbamazepine and carbamazepine-10,11-epoxide, phenytoine, phenobarbitone, clonazepam, clobazam, on silica with ether - methanol - acetic acid 80:19:1 protected from light. Quantification by densitometry at 306 nm. Detection limit of lamotrigine 0.27 mg/ml.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 22, 83-88 (2009). TLC of isoniazid, pyrazinamide, ethambutol, and aminosalicylic acid on RP-18 in a horizontal chamber at 20 °C with acetonitrile - water 3:7. The mobile phase was modified by adding copper(II) chloride to the mixture at a constant concentration of 0.05 M. Detection under UV light at 254 nm. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement in the range 200 - 700 nm with a TLC scanner equipped with a diode-array detector.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 22, 175-181 (2009). TLC of 14 tetraoxanes on silica gel with ethyl acetate - toluene and ethyl acetate - petroleum ether, on cyano phase with methanol - water and acetone - water, and on RP-18 with water - organic modifier (methanol, acetone, or dioxane) in various combinations, with chamber saturation for 15 min at ambient temperature (22 +/- 2 °C). Detection by spraying with 50 % sulfuric acid, followed by heating until spots became visible.
