Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 20 (1), 22-32 (2000). A review with 65 references involving testing methods, TLC as well as GC and HPLC. Stressing on the advantages, such as suitability for complex medicine, simpleness of sample preparation, flexibility in detection, etc.
Chinese Anal. Chem. (Fenxi Huaxue) 30 (1), 38-41 (2002). TLC on polyamide with cyclodextrins (0-8 x 10-3 mol/L) as mobile phase and NH3(H2O-NH4Cl, pH 9.7 as buffer. Detection under UV. Investigation of the interaction between emodin, aloe-emodin and six cyclodextrins. Comparison of the inclusion capacity of different cyclodextrins. Calculation of the thermodynamic parameters of the interaction. Discussion of use of this interaction to modify the biological properties of emodin and aloe-emodin.
J. Chil. Chem. Soc. 59, 2405-2408 (2014). HPTLC of trazodone in human serum on silica gel with toluene - acetone - ethanol - ammonium 18:14:4:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 290 nm. The hRF values of trazodone and its metabolite were 82 and 39, respectively. Linearity was between 0.2 and 2 ng/zone. The intermediate intra-day and inter-day precisions were below 3.5 % (n=3). The LOD and LOQ were 16 and 48 pg/zone, respectively. Recoveries for trazodone were in the range of 94.7-99.0 %.
59th Indian Pharmaceutical congress F-152, 426, (2007). HPTLC of rosiglitazone on silica gel aluminum layer with chloroform - ethyl acetate - ammonia 70:30:1. The hRf value of rosiglitazone was 40. Densitometric analysis in absorbance mode at 230 nm. Linearity was between 100 and 1000 ng/zone. Recovery (by standard addition method) was 99.6 %. Limit of detection and quantification was 10 ng and 50 ng/zone, respectively.
Pharm. (Yaoxue Tongbao) 19, 343-345 (1984). (Chinese) (Compatibility of gentamycin and An Tong Dang injection.) TLC of the mixture of gentamycin and An Tong Dang injection showing that no chemical reaction occurs between them. (An Tong Dang contains aminopyrine and antipyrine).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 20, 373-380(2007). Investigation of the chromatographic behavior of the phenolic drugs niclosamide, hexachlorophene, ibuprofen, pentazocine, ethamivan, bithionol, salicylanilide, caffeic acid, p-coumaric acid, 4-aminosalicylic acid, ferrulic acid, and methyldopa on RP-8 and RP-18 phase prewashed with methanol, with methanol - water mixtures in different volume proportions, with chamber saturation for 20 min.The results calculated using seven different software products indicate, that chromatographic lipophilicity can be used as a measure of the lipophilicity of the compounds investigated. Spectra were acquired with the densitometer in absorbance mode. Densitometric scanning was performed at the respective absorption maxima.
Biochem. J. 249, 351-356 (1988). TLC of fatty acid methyl esters on silica impregnated with 10% silver nitrate with hexane - ether 17:3 for the separation of dienes from trienes. Detection by spraying with 0.2% 2',7'-dichlorofluoroscein by scintillation after elution. Also TLC/densitometric quantification of phospholipids.
Ind. J. Pharm. Sci. 69 (6), 841-844 (2007). HPTLC of artesunate in bulk and pharmaceutical formulations on silica gel aluminium foil with toluene - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 10:40:1. Detection by spraying with vanillin reagent (1 % vanillin and 5 % sulphuric acid in ethanol). The pink zone for artesunate was stable for more than a day. Quantitative determination by densitomety in absorbance mode at 520 nm. The hRf value for artesunate was 44. Linearity was between 100 and 600 ng/spot. Recovery (by standard addition) was 98.9 to - 99.9 % both from tablets and injections.
