Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 25, 89-90 (2012). TLC of sample solutions from a horizontal rotating tubular bioreactor on cellulose-coated TLC plates. Detection of metal ions by spraying with solutions of quercetine (0.1 g/100 mL 2-propanol) and dimethylglyoxime (1.0 g/100 mL ethanol), and exposure to ammonia vapor. Linearity was found to be in the range of 0.05-1.0 g/L.
International Journal of Medical Toxicology & Legal Medicine 15 (1&2), 61-63 (2012). HPTLC for five benzodiazepines (alprazolam, clonazepam, diazepam, lorazepam and nitrazepam) on silica gel G with chloroform - acetic acid 9:1 in a presaturated TLC chamber. Detection by evaporisation with chlorine gas for 5 min, and after complete removal of chlorine, by spraying with o-tolidine reagent. Stabilisation of blue colored zones for a day by spraying the plate with 1 % phosphomolybdic acid. LOD for alprazolam, clonazepam, diazepan, lorazepam and nitrazepam was found to be 0.1, 0.5, 0.5, 1 and 0.5 µg/zone, respectively.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 27, 1999-2020 (2014). HPTLC of methocarbamol in pharmaceutical mixtures with ibuprofen, paracetamol and diclofenac sodium and in the presence of its degradation product guaifenesin on silica gel with chloroform - methanol 47:3. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 264 nm. A chemometric handling of the TLC peak responses involving the convolution of the derivative curves using 8-points sin x i polynomials, allowed the analysis of different mixtures of methocarbamol with enhancing of the regression parameters.

J. Planar Chromatogr. 28, 307-315 (2015). HPTLC of carbinoxamine (1), pholcodine (2) and ephedrine (3) in a pharmaceutical preparation on silica gel with chloroform - propanol - ammonia 60:40:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at UV 254 nm. The hRF values for (1) to (3) were 12, 30 and 42. Linearity was in the range of 0.5-9 ng/zone for (1), 1-10 ng/zone for (2) and 5-45 ng/zone for (3). LOD and LOQ were 0.1 and 0.4 ng/zone for (1), 0.2 and 0.6 ng/zone for (2) and 0.6 and 1.8 ng/zone for (3), respectively. Intra-day and inter-day precisions were below 2 % (n=3). Mean recoveries were around 101 % for (1) to (3). The HPTLC method was more simple, sensitive and economic than the HPLC method.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 39, 277-280 (2016). HPTLC of azithromycin (1), imipramine HCl (2), and sulfadoxine + pyrimethamine (3/4) on silica gel with methanol – ethyl acetate – concentrated ammonia 40:10:1 for (1), methanol – ammonia 96:1 for (2) and ethyl acetate – methanol 5:1 for (3/4). Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm. The hRF values were 54 for (1), 40 for (2), 67 for (3) and 45 for (4). Precisions for recovery were within 5 % and RSDs for triplicate assays and validation analyses at 50, 100, and 150 % spike levels were within 3 %._x000D_
