Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Detection by UV 254 nm. Detection limit for phenobarbital < 500 ng/ml
59th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress F-24, 419, (2007). HPTLC of atenolol and losartan potassium on silica gel with ethyl acetate - methanol - 1,4 dioxane - ammonia 10:2:1:2 with chamber saturation for 10 minutes. Densitometry at 225 nm. Linearity was between 200 and 1000 ng/zone for both compounds. Recovery was between 97.9 and 99.5%.
J. Chromatogr. 490, 236-242 (1989). HPTLC of benzoylecgonine on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - dichloromethane - NH3 3:3:1:0.6. Detection by spraying with Ludy Tenger’s reagent and 20% sulfuric acid.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 31, 526-542 (2008). TLC of nicotinic acid, nicotinamide, ethyl, isopropyl, butyl, hexyl, benzyl nicotinate, N-methylnicotinamide, N,N-diethylnicotinamide, 3-pyridinecarbaldehyde, 3-pyridinecarbonitrile, 3-pyridylmethanol, and methyl 3-pyridyl ketone on silica gel and kieselguhr impregnated with 2.5 % and 5 % aqueous solutions of copper(II)sulfate, with acetone - n-hexane in different volume compositions. Detection by spraying with Rhodamine B solution. Quantitation by densitometry. The number of absorption bands of the compounds investigated depends on impregnation of the sorbent and the visualization agent.
Anal. Letters 24, 209-216 (1991). TLC of primidone and its three major metabolites on silica with hexane - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 20:1. Detection and identification under UV and by exposing to iodine vapor and by spraying with a solution of 5 g Ce(SO4)2·4 H2O and 12.5 g (NH4)6Mo7O24·H2O in 50 mL sulfuric acid and diluted to 500 mL with water.
J. Pharm. Res. 6(4), 233-235 (2007). HPTLC of ofloxacin and satranidazole on silica gel with n-butanol - ethanol - ammonia 5:5:4. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 320 nm. The method was linear in the range of 200-1000 ng/spot (ofloxacin) and 300-1500 ng/spot (satranidazole) with a recovery of 99.1 - 99.9 % for both component. The hRf value was 54 for ofloxacin and 83 for satranidazole. The method is suitable for routine quality control of raw material and formulations.
Chinese J. Acad. Mil. Med. Sci. (Junshi Yixue Kexuequan Yuankan) 16, 300-302 (1992). TLC of morphine on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 80:15:5. Detection by spraying with Dragendorff’s reagent. Detection limit 0.1 µg/spot.
60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress PA-08, (2008). HPTLC of ofloxacin and ornidazole on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - toluene - diethyl amine - water 20:15:25:10:1 in a saturated (20 min) twin trough chamber. Densitometric evaluation at 304 nm. The method was linear in the range of 20-250 ng/µL for both compounds. Recovery was between 100.6 and 101.2 %. The method is suitable for routine quality control.
