The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

J. Planar Chromatogr. 30, 307-312 (2017). HPTLC of artesunate (1) and amodiaquine (2) on silica gel with toluene – acetonitrile – methanol – ammonium acetate – triethylamine 20:10:6:2:1. Detection of (1) by spraying with a mixture of methanol and sulfuric acid 19:1, followed by heating at 75 °C for 5 min. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 503 nm for (1) and 345 nm for (2). The hRF values for (1) and (2) were 35 and 68, respectively. Linearity was between 93 and 280 ng/zone for (1) and 250 and 1250 ng/zone for (2). The intermediate precision (n=6) was <5 % for (1) and 2 % for (2). Recovery rate ranged from 90 to 110 % for (1) and from 98 to 102 % for (2).
J. Chil. Chem. Soc. 63, 3834-3840 (2018). TLC of clofarabine on silica gel with toluene – methanol 4:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 266 nm. The hRf value for clofarabine was 34. Linearity was in the range of 50-1000 ng/zone. The intermediate precision was below 2 % (n=3). The LOD and LOQ were 17 and 53 ng/zone, respectively. Recovery was between 99.6 and 100.6 %.
Chromatographia 18, 401-405 (1984). TLC of 33 5-arylidenebarbiturates and their N,N-dimethyl analogs on silica with a) acetone - chloroform - acetic acid 36:40:24, b) acetone - chloroform - ether - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 24:20:20:20:16. Detection by UV 254 nm.

Analytical investigation of the compound considering the selectivity of the methods for stability test.) CH-141 = 3-phenyl-6- (1,2,3,4-tetra- hydro-2-iso-quinolin) -methyl-4H-5,6- dihydro-1,2-oxadiazine - dihydrochloride. TLC on silica with butanol - acetic acid - water 5:1:1, methanol, methanol - water 8:1. Investigation of the thermo-decomposition of the compound.
J. Chromatogr. 329, 107-112 (1985). TLC of seventeen synthetic drugs reported as adulterants of Chinese herbal preparations on silica with dichloromethane - methanol - water 183:27:5, ethyl acetate - toluene - formic acid - DMF - water 75:75:2:4:4, dichloromethane - methanol 183:27 or ethyl acetate - toluene - formic acid - DMF 75:75:2:4. Detection by UV 254 and 366 nm. Rf values for all the drugs in numerous solvent systems are given.
J. Chromatogr. 350, 135-144 (1985). Reversed-phase HPTLC of mebeverine, its degradation compounds and synthetic intermediates on C-8 silica with methanol - water - NH3 75:23:2 or 80:18:2. Determination by densitometry at 263 nm. Investigation of the chromatographic behavior on different plates in connection with different eluent properties. The factors investigated include pH, NH3 concentration, water content, salt concentration, type and concentration of organic modifier.

TLC of chemically related compounds (e.g. isomers) on silica with 1) dichloromethane (presaturation with NH3), 2) chloroform (presaturation with NH3), and 3) ethyl acetate. Detection under UV at 254 nm and spraying with o-tolidine reagent after chlorination. Quantification by densitometry.
J. China Pharm. Univ. 18, 205-206 (1987) (Zhongguo Yaoke Daxue Xuebao). TLC on silica with heptane - ethyl acetate - ethanol 5:5:1. Detection by spraying with 0.5M sulfuric acid. Elution with ethanol. Quantification by UV spectrophotometry.
