Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.

Review with references on forensic science (January 94 through December 96) of drugs in blood, cannabinoids, opiates, cocaethylene, amphetamines, 3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamines, barbiturates, LSD, MBDB, captagon tablets, zipeprol, strychnine, crimidine, kerosene in gasoline, reactive dyes, quality control procedures for inks, typewriter inks, photocopy toners, spermine and choline from human semen.
J. Lipid Res. 36, 1848-1855 (1995). HPTLC of glycosphingolipids on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - 0.2% CaCl2 60:35:8 and of gangliosides with chloroform - methanol - 0.2% CaCl2 55:45:8. Visualization of glycosphingolipids by spraying with 0.1% 5-hydroxy-1-tetralone in 80% H2SO4. Heating at 120°C for 10 min. Detection under UV 365 nm. Quantification by fluorodensitometry at 470/>500 nm. Lower limits of detection 2 - 5 pmol. New sensitive fluorescent labeling reagent for glycosphingolipids.
Indian J. Pharm. Sci. 63 (3), 250-253 (2001). HPTLC of nicotine on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - NH3 6:5:1. Densitometry at 255 nm. Different analytical parameters such as accuracy, precision, linearity, LOD, LOQ were established. Comparison with UV spectrophotometric method.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med., (Zhongchengyao) 25(6), 456-459 (2003). TLC on silica gel with 1) benzene - butanone - methanol 3:1:1, 2) chloroform - methanol 4:1. Detection 1) under UV 365 nm, 2) by spraying with a solution of 1% iodine - 3% sodium azide 1:1 and heating. Identification by finger print technique.
J. Chromatogr. B 857 (2), 337-340 (2007). OPLC of basic drugs in autopsy liver samples prepared by enzymatic digestion with trypsin and liquid - liquid extraction with butyl chloride. Separation by dual-plate analysis with trichloroethylene - methyl ethyl ketone - n-butanol - acetic acid - water 17:8:25:6:4 for OPLC 1 and butyl acetate - ethanol (96.1 %) - tripropylamine - water 340:37:20:3 for OPLC 2. Identification by automated comparison of corrected hRf values and in situ UV spectra with library values by dedicated software. Determination of the identification limit for 25 basic drugs in liver ranging from 0.5 to 10 mg/kg. The method is suitable for routine screening of basic drugs in post-mortem samples of varying quality, combining the benefit from moderately high separation power with the ease of disposable plates.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 20, 261-265 (2007). TLC of 5 anti-diabetic thiazolidinediones on RP-18 with binary mobile phases containing water and the organic modifier acetone, 1,4-dioxane, or methanol. Linear relationships were obtained between the Rm values of the compounds and the concentration of organic modifier in the mobile phase. TLC of ciglitazone, pioglitazone hydrochloride, darglitazone, englitazone, and rosiglitazone maleate against nine compounds of known lipophilicity (e. g. izatine, 2,6-dichloroacetanilide, 2,4-dichloroacetanilide, 4-nitrophenol etc.). Plates were developed in horizontal chambers. Visualization under UV light at 254 nm.
Lipids 17, 469-475 (1982). The total methyl esters of the fatty acids of tissue glycerides were converted into methoxy-acetoxy-mercury adducts. The adducts were fractionated into groups of equal numbers of ethylenic bands on silica with hexane - dioxane 6:4. Separation of the monoethylenic acids of equal chain length into the respective cis-and trans isomers by TLC on AgNO3-silica, acc. to known procedure.
