Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 8, 245-247 (1995). TLC of sulfanilamide, sulfacetamide, sulfadiamidine, sulfapyridine, sulfadiazine, phthalylsulfathiazole, sulfamoxole, and sulfamethoxazole on silica impregnated with sulfates of Co, Cu, Ni, Zn, Cd, of Hg with carbon tetrachloride - acetonitrile - butanol 10:2:1. Visualization by exposure to iodine vapor. Quantification by spectroscopy after elution.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 70-72 (1996). TLC of 7 antihistamines (trimeprazine tartrate, promethazine hydrochloride, pheniramine maleate, cyproheptadine hydrochloride, diphenhydramine hydrochloride, mebhdrolin napadisylate, triprolidine hydrochloride) on silica impregnated with Mn(II), Fe(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) salts with butanol - acetic acid - water 8:2:1, 4:1:1, and benzene - acetic acid - water 7:8:5:2. Separations were performed at 35 °C. Detection by exposure to iodine vapor.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 290-292 (1996). HPTLC of isradipine and degradation products on silica with chloroform - methanol - 25% NH3 500:10:1. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance) at 325 nm. RSD 0.64 - 1.46%. Interday precision and accuracy over three days were 1.05 - 2.17% and 0.14 - 0.88%, respectively. New sensitive, accurate, and precise analytical procedure.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 10, 286-289 (1997). HPTLC of glibenclamide on silica with chloroform - cyclohexane - 96% ethanol - acetic acid 9:9:1:1. Detection under UV 254 nm. Quantification by densitometry at 230 nm (absorbance). HPTLC is as accurate as HPLC, gives very symmetrical peaks, is fast and 'financially more desirable'. Also published in Proc 9th Internat. Symp. Instr. Chromatogr., Interlaken, April 9.-11., 163-170 (1997).
Indian Drugs 34 (8), 433-436 (1997). HPTLC on silica gel with dichloromethane - acetone - methanol - triethylamine 70:40:50:2. Densitometry at 257 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 12, 124-128 (1999). TLC of fluoxetine, norfluoxetine, and promethazine on silica gel impregnated with 2.5 or 5% paraffin in petroleum ether with methanol - buffer 13:7 and 11:9 at pH 4.5 and containing 0.5% TEA with different concentrations of b-CD. Spots were located under UV 254 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 12, 356-360 (1999). TLC of salicylic acid, acetyl salicylic acid, ascorbic acid, paracetamol, caffeine, chlororacetanilide and dehydroascorbic acid on silica gel with i.a. n-hexane - chloroform - acetic acid 4:1:1. Detection under UV, except for dehydroascorbic acid which was identified by means of a color reaction with potassium iodoplatinate. Quantitation by densitometry.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 12, 356-360 (1999). TLC of acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol, caffeine and salicylic acid on silica gel with n-hexane - chloroform - acetic acid 4:1:1 or ethanol - n-hexane - chloroform - acetic acid 12:12:8:1 for determination of ascorbic acid, and chloroform - acetone - toluene 12:5:2 for determination of paracetamol in the presence of ascorbic acid. Quantitation by densitometry at 280 nm. Rapid and accurate identification and quantitative determination.
