Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. of Medicinal Chemistry 32, 382-391 (1989). TLC on silica with butan-1-ol - acetic acid - water 4:1:1 or 4:1:5, butan-1-ol - acetic acid - water - pyridine 15:3:3:10, chloroform - methanol 7:3. Detection with iodine vapor.
Muell. (Myoporaceae). J. Ethnopharmacol. 112, 386-393 (2007). TLC of two serrulatane diterpenes in aerial parts of Eremophila duttonii F. Muell. (Myoporaceae) with ethyl acetate – hexane 3:1. Detection by spraying with 0.5 % p-anisaldehyde in 5 % sulphuric acid, and 5 % glacial acetic acid in methanol. Bioautography over developed plates to examine regions of growth inhibition. Structures of separated compounds with antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus were identified by NMR spectroscopy as: serrulat-14-en-7,8,20-triol (hRf 57) and serrulat-14-en-3,7,8,20-tetraol (hRf 31).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 169-171 (1991). TLC separation of 1-(2-pyrimidy)-3-methylpyrazolon and 6 cleavage products on silanized silica with ethyl acetate - ether - methanol - 35% NH3. Detection by exposure to iodine vapor.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 23, 490-494 (1992). A review with 19 references on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of bufogenins in the venom of toads by TLC. Also other methods.
Anal. Chem. 67, 295R-313R (1995). A review with 728 references on the methodology of analysing pharmaceuticals and related compounds, including TLC applications in the field.
New applications in thin-layer chromatography - Content Uniformity Test of diclofenac-Na (Voltaren). GIT Spezial Chromatographie 1, 14-16 (1997). HPTLC of diclofenac-Na on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 60:10:1. Quantification by densitometry at 279 nm. The reliability of single level and multi level calibration of content uniformity test used in pharmaceutical quality control was compared with each other. HPTLC turns out to be the method of choice for a fast and economical analysis.
J. Chromatogr. B 713, 201-225 (1998). A review with 136 references on the methods for the measurement of benzodiazepines involving specimen pretreatment and chromatographic techniques including TLC.
