The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Densitometric evaluation at 296 nm. The method was linear in the range of 160 - 960 ng/zone. Limit of detection was 60 ng/zone. Recovery was 100.8 %.

Detection by spraying with Dragendorff reagent followed by spraying with 10 % sodium nitrate. Densitometric evaluation of reddish brown zones at 520 nm. Linearity of atisine was between 10 and 60 ng/spot.

The method was linear in the range of 0.1-0.5 µg/mL and 0.9-4.5 µg/mL for tramadol and paracetamol respectively. The recovery was 98.4-99.9 % for both compounds. The method was suitable for routine analysis.
