The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition.       Determination of some fluoroquinolones in pharmaceutical preparations by HPTLC method

      Indian Drugs 33 (3), 107-111 (1996). HPTLC of six fluoroquinolones (ciprofloxacin (CPF), enrofloxacin (EF), lomefloxycin (LOF), norfloxacin (NRF), ofloxacin (OFL), and perfloxacin (PEF)) on silica with butanol - ethanol - NH3 20:5:11. Densitometry at 280 nm for CPF, ENF, NRF, PEF, and 285 nm for LOF. The linearity range was found to be 10-150 ng. Rf values were in the range of 0.35 to 0.40. This HPTLC method was comparable with official methods.
