Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.

Detection 1) by exposure to ammonia vapor; 2) under UV. Identification of by finger print technique. Discussion of use of the procedure for the rapid quality control of the medicine.
59th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress F-94, 413, (2007). HPTLC of escitalopram oxalate and clonazepam in combined tablet dosage form on silica gel aluminium plate with toluene - ethyl acetate - triethylamine 7:3.5%:3. Quantitative determination by densitometric scanning at 258 nm. The calibration curve was linear over a range of 250 and 2500 ng/zone for escitalopram oxalate, and 50 and 500 ng/zone for clonazepam.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 30, 299-306 (2017). HPTLC of itopride (1), pantoprazole (2), and mosapride (3) in human plasma on silica gel with methylene chloride ‒ ethyl acetate ‒ methanol ‒ 25 % ammonia 60:10:4:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 289 nm. The hRF values for (1), (2) and (3) were 22, 41 and 62, respectively. Linearity was between 100 and 1500 ng/zone for (1) and (3), and between 70 and 1500 ng/zone for (2). The intermediate precision (n=3) was <2 % for (1) to (3). LOD and LOQ were 33 and 98 ng/mL for (1), 17 and 51 ng/mL for (2) and 30 and 91 ng/mL for (3). Average recovery rate was 99.2 % for (1), 99.1 % for (2) and 99.6 % for (3).
