Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 155-157 (1989). Extraction of serum lipids; separation of cholesterol palmitate, oleate, linolate and linoleate on HPTLC silica gel with carbon tetrachloride. Postchromatogr. derivatisation with phosphomolybdic acid in ethanol and heating 2 min. at 100°C. Densitometry by absorbance at 546 nm.
Ind. J. Pharm. Sci. 69 (5), 684-686 (2007). HPTLC of lansoprazole and domperidone in tablet formulations on silica gel with n-butanol - acetic acid - water 186:5:10. Densitometric analysis in absorbance mode at 288 nm. The calibration covered the range of 100 to 500 ng/spot for both substances. The hRf value of lansoprazole and domperidone was 78 and 21, respectively. The limit of detection and quantification for lansoprazole was 10 and 40 ng/spot and for domperidone 30 and 65 ng/spot, respectively. The method is suitable for routine quality control.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 11, 293-294 (1991). TLC of morphine chloride on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 86:10:4. Quantification by densitometry at 287 nm.
Asian J. Chem. 19(5), 3918-3922 (2007). TLC of paracetamol and aceclofenac on silica gel with toluene - isopropyl alcohol - ammonia 20:20:3. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm. Linearity was between 60 and 140 µg/mL for aceclofenac and 460 and 540 µg/mL for paracetamol. Recovery (by standard addition method) of paracetamol and aceclofenac was between 98.6 and 99.3 %. The proposed method was found to be accurate, precise, simple and rapid could be used for routine analysis.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 13, 194-196 (1993). TLC of taurocholic acid, taurochenodeoxycholic acid, tauroursodeoxycholic acid on silica; two runs with chloroform - isopropanol - acetic acid - water 25:30:4:1. Detection by spraying with 10% phosphomolybdate in ethanol. Quantification by densitometry at 590 nm.
60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress PA-200, (2008). HPTLC of fluoxetine HCl and olanzapine on silica gel with acetone - methanol - triethylamine 10:6:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 235 nm. The method was linear in the range of 300-1000 ng/spot for fluoxetine HCl and 50-500 ng/spot for olanzapine respectively. The method was suitable for quality control of combined dosage form.
Chinese J. Hosp. Pharm. (Zhongguo Yaoxue Zazhi) 14, 3-5 (1994). TLC of nitrazepam, clonazepam, diazepam, estazolam, methaqualone, chlordiazepoxide and triazolam on silica with heptane - chloroform - ethanol - ethyl acetate 10:4:4:3. Quantification by densitometry at optimized wavelengths.
Asian J. Chem. 19(6), 4925 - 4927 (2007). TLC of ezetimibe on silica gel with toluene - acetone 3:2. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 233 nm. The hRf value was 52 for ezetimibe. Linearity was in the range of 300 to 2100 ng/spot. Recovery (by standard addition method) was 99-101 %.
