Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 22 (5), 331-332 (2000). TLC of rhynchophylline on silica gel with toluene - acetone - ethanol - conc. NH3 20:25:5:3. Detection by spraying with diluted potassium iodobismuthate - 1% FeCl3 in ethanol 2:1. Quantitation by densitometry. Investigation of the influence of different extraction conditions on the active components extracted, which was optimized to be 70% ethanol.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 13, 221-225 (2000). 2D HPTLC of morphine and structurally related opiates (codeine, dihydrocodeine, hydrocodone, hydromorphone) on silica gel with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 17:2:1, methanol - NH3 99:1, toluene - diethylamine - methanol - ethyl acetate 60:10:10:1, ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 17:2:1, and acetone - water - NH3 20:20:1. Visualization with Dragendorff's and Marquis reagent, fast blue B and fast black K, and for morphine as dansyl derivative. The combination of 2D-HPTLC with sensitive and/or specific detection proved a suitable and reliable method for the detection of low concentrations of opiates in urine. The detection limit was 20-100 times lower than for TLC, depending on the opiate.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 13, 463-467 (2000). TLC on silica gel with ethyl acetate - formic acid 24:1 at 60% relative humidity in a presaturated TLC chamber. Detection under UV 254 nm. Densitometry at 250 nm. The precision of the TLC method was determined. Simple, new method.
J. Chinese Trad. & Herb. Drugs (Zhongcaoyao) 32 (1), 67-69 (2001). TLC on silica gel with 1) cyclohexane - acetone 5:3, 2) benzene - ethanol 4:1, 3) cyclohexane - benzene 1:1, migration distance 18 cm, 8 cm, and 18 cm, resp. Detection by spraying with aceto anhydride - sulfuric acid 1:1and heating at 110°C for 10 min. Identification by finger print technique.
Indian Drugs 38 (2), 87-94 (2001). HPTLC of gallic acid on silica gel for quality control of Triphala.
Planta med. 66, 758-761 (2000). TLC of norviburtinal and isopinnatal on silica gel plates with chloroform - ethyl acetate 5:2 and petroleum ether - ethyl acetate 5:2. Detection before spraying under UV 365 and 254 nm, in daylight after spraying with anisaldehyde - sulfuric acid reagent and heating; and in daylight after spraying with Folin-Ciocalteu reagent.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 50, 3150-3155 (2002). TLC of (7E)-2b,3a-dihydroxy-megastigm-7-en-9-one on silica gel with ethyl acetate - methanol - water 100:17:139. Visualization by spraying with vanillin-sulfuric acid. Also preparative TLC on RP-18 with methanol - water 1:1.
by thin-layer chromatography. J. of Chinese Trad. & Herb. Drugs (Zhongcaoyao) 34 (1), 130-131 (2003). TLC on silica gel with cyclohexane - acetone 3:1. Detection under UV 365 nm. Quantitation by densitometry at 310 nm and with the standard addition calibration method.
