Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
C. Cheng by thin-layer chromatography) (Chinese). Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 25 (6), 719- 721 (2005). TLC of fulvotomentoside A on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - water 61:32:5. Detection by spraying with 10 % H2SO4 in ethanol followed by heating at 105 ºC for 5 min. Quantitative determination by densitometry at 518 nm. The procedure was validated regarding linearity range (1.20 - 7.20 µg/spot, r = 0.998), repeatability (0.51 %, n = 5), precision (0.21 %, n = 5 within plate and 0.87 % n= 5 plate-to-plate), and recovery (99.7 %, RSD = 2.45 %, n = 5). The results are given for three batches of real life samples.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 28, 352-353 (2015). HPTLC of imidacloprid on silica gel with dichloromethane – isopropyl alcohol 1:3. Detection by spraying with cobalt thiocyanate reagent (3 g ammonium thiocyanate and 1 g cobalt(II) chloride in 20 mL distilled water). The hRF value for imidacloprid was 82.
Part 2. Identification of drugs by principal components analysis of standardized TLC data in four eluent systems and of retention indices on SE 30. J. Anal. Toxicol. 11, 154-163 (1987). TLC identification method for 277 drugs via principal components (PC) analysis of standardized Rf-values in four eluent systems (ethyl acetate - methanol - 30% NH3 85:10:15:, cyclohexane - toluene - diethyl amine 65:25:10, ethyl acetate - chloroform 50:50, and acetone. After chromatography, plate dipped in potassium hydroxide solution).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 207-212 (1991). HPTLC of mixtures of most frequently used anabolic compounds (mixture A: estradiol benzoate, trenbolone acetate, chlormadinone acetate, ethinylestradiol, diethylstilbestrol; mixture B: nortestosterone decanoate, testosterone propionate, methyltestosterone, medroyprogesterone acetate, zeranol; mixture C: stanozolol, boldenone, methylboldenone, chlortestosterone acetate) on silica gel RP-18 resp. CN with 7 different eluents. Detection by dipping into a 5% ethanolic solution of sulfuric acid for 30 sec., acceleration of fluorescence induction by heating the plates at 95 °C for 10 min; visualization under UV 366 nm and under visible light (also two-dimensional separation. Simple, relatively quick routine TLC procedure.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 8, 39-46 (1995). TLC of 11 nitrosamines and amines on CN and diol modified silica with four binary eluents: cyclohexane - dioxane, heptane - ethyl acetate, isooctane - MTBE, cyclohexane - 2-propanol. Detection by spraying with sodium nitroprusside - potassium hexacyanoferrate (II) reagent resp. ninhydrin.
J. AOAC Int. 80, 737-740 (1997). TLC of chloramphenicol, nitrofurazone, nitrofurantoine, furaltadone, furazolidone, sulfamethazine, sulfadimethoxine, sulfadoxine, and sulfamethoxypyridazine on silica with concentration zone with ethyl acetate - hexane 2:1. Visualization of nitrofurans by spraying with a small amount of pyridine and examination under UV 366 nm. Visualization of sulfonamides and chloramphenicol after heating at 110°C for 10 min by spraying with stannous chloride solution, 15 min in the dark, 15 min at 110°C, spraying with sodium hydroxide solution, and after drying spraying with fluorescamine solution.
