The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

TLC of phosphorylated amino acids (phospholysine, phosphoserine, phosphothreonine, phosphoarginine, phosphotyrosine, phosphohistidine) on RP-18 with ethanol - NH3 conc. - water 65:10:16. Detection by spraying with 0.2% ninhydrin in ethanol and heating at 37°C for 30 min.
J. Chinese Trad. & Herb. Drugs, (Zhongcaoyao) 34(6), 516-518 (2003). TLC of the zymolysed glycyrrhin and the fermentation solution on silica gel with butanol - acetic acid-water 4:1:2. Detection under UV 365 nm. Identification of monoglucuronyl-glycyrrhetinic acid (MGGA) by comparison with the standard. Quantitation by densitometry at 360 nm. Calculation of the transformation rate of the zymolysed and fermented products. Optimization of the condition for the biotransformation of the title compound. Discussion of use of the procedure in preparation of MGGA and the study of its physiological activity.
CBS 100, 2-5 (2008). HPTLC of photodegraded UV filters and sunscreen on silica gel LiChrospher prewashed with methanol. AMD 2 development of UV filter standards photodegradation products with diisopropylether - n-hexane in 6 steps over 50 mm without preconditioning, and of sunscreen samples photodegradation products with t-butylmethylether - n-hexane in 7 steps over 50 mm with preconditioning, followed by drying at 120 °C for 30 min. Detection at 254 and 366 nm, followed by biodetection via dipping the plate in a Vibrio fischeri solution for 1 s and evaluation with the Bioluminizer (exposure time 55 s). Densitometric evaluation by multi-wavelength scan at 200-400 nm.
59th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress F-83, 410, (2007). HPTLC of rabeprazole sodium and domperidone on silica gel with toluene - acetone - methanol 9:9:1. The hRf value of domperidone was 32 and of rabeprazole sodium 53. Densitometry at 285 nm. Lienarity was between 50 and 800 ng/zone for both compounds. The method was found suitable for routine analysis of formulations.
J. High Resol. Chromatogr. 7, 593-595 (1984). HPTLC of the title compounds on silica with ethanol - ether - ethyl acetate - chloroform 12:33:22:33. Detection by spraying with 5 % cupric acetate in 15 % aqueous phosphoric acid and heating at 110 °C for 10 minutes. Fluorometry at 366 nm. Sensitivity 1-10 ng.
59th Indian Pharmaceutical congress F-224, 443, (2007). HPTLC of cilostazol on silica gel with ethyl acetate - toluene - methanol - ether 4:4:2:1. The hRf value was 64. Limit of detection and quantification was 7 ng/spot and 20 ng/spot respectively.
TLC on silica with chloroform - ethanol 15:1. Determination by densitometry at 274 nm. Detection limit 100 ng.
59th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress F-24, 419, (2007). HPTLC of atenolol and losartan potassium on silica gel with ethyl acetate - methanol - 1,4 dioxane - ammonia 10:2:1:2 with chamber saturation for 10 minutes. Densitometry at 225 nm. Linearity was between 200 and 1000 ng/zone for both compounds. Recovery was between 97.9 and 99.5%.
