The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Detection 1) by spraying with 5 % phosphomolybdic acid in ethanol and heating at 120 ºC ; 2) by spraying with hypo acetamide solution and heating at 80-100 ºC. Identification by fingerprint techniques. Quantification of tanshinone ll by HPLC with method validation.

Detection by spraying with 5 % potassium iodobismuthate and 0.05 mol/L sodium nitrite in ethanol. Identification by comparison with the standard. Quantification by densitometry at 500 nm. Validation of the method by investigation of the linearity range of the calibration curve (2.14-10.70 µg/spot, r=0.999), precision (RSD=1.71 %, n=5), reproducibility (RSD=2.22 %, n=5), recovery (99.58 %, RSD 1.01 %, n=5), and interferences.

Identification by fingerprint technique. Semi-quantitative determination of aconitine by comparison with the standard. Quantification of strychnine by HPLC. The results for some real life samples are given.

Detection by spraying with potassium iodobismuthate solution. Identification by comparison with the standard. Quantification by densitometry at 510 nm. Validation of the method by investigation of linearity range (2.2 µg - 10.8 µg, r = 0.9994); precision (RSD = 1.05 %, n = 5); reproducibility of five time assay towards the same sample (RSD = 0.31 %); and standard addition recovery (98.1 %, RSD = 2.15 %, n = 5). The results for five real life samples are given.
