Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Biomed Chromatogr. 7, 273-274 (1993). TLC of cannabinoids on silica with isooctane - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 30:10:1. Detection by spraying with Triton-X100 - chloroform - hexane 1:20:80. Quantification by densitometry at 340 nm.
60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress PA-195, (2008). HPTLC of trandolapril on silica gel with toluene - ethyl acetate - methanol - formic acid 5:16:2:1. The hRf value of trandolapril was 51. Trandolapril was subjected to different stress conditions like acidic and alkaline hydrolysis, oxidation, dry heat, wet heat, neutral condition and photodegradation. The degradation products were well resolved from the pure drug. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 220 nm. Linearity was between 300-1800 ng/spot. The method was suitable for routine analysis of the drug in bulk and pharmaceutical dosage form.
J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 20, 359-360 (1995). TLC on silica with ethyl acetate - acetone - petrol ether 2:1:11. Detection by spraying with 10 % sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 100 °C for 5 min. Quantification by densitometry at 400 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 22, 183-186 (2009). HPTLC of ethyl 8-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrothiazolo[3,2-a][1,3]diazepin-3-carboxylate (HIE-124) in plasma (with diazepam as internal standard) on silica gel with chloroform - ethyl acetate 4:1 with chamber saturation for 30 min. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 265 nm. The limit of detection and quantification was 20 µg/L (40 ng/band) and 40 µg/L (80 ng/band), respectively.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 11, 47-50 (1998). HPTLC of lipids (cholesterol, oleic acid, triolein, methyl oleate, cholesteryl oleate as standard) on silica gel with hexane - ether - acetic acid 40:10:1. After drying at 115°C for approx. 15 min the lipids were detected as blue spots on a yellow background by spraying with 5% ethanolic phosphomolybdic acid and heating for 15 min at 115°C. Quantitation by densitometry at 700 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 22, 207-210 (2009). HPTLC of dexibuprofen on silica gel (prewashed with methanol) in a twin trough chamber with hexane - ethyl acetate - glacial acetic acid 15:5:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 217 nm.
Anal. Biochem. 265, 260-268 (1998). HPTLC of gangliosides and neutral glycosphingolipids of human leucocytes on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - 0.25% KCl in water 5:4:1. Detection with anisaldehyde. Blotting of the separated compounds to a polyvinylidene difluoride membrane, and analyzing them by 1) direct desorption from the membrane fast atom bombardment mass spectroscopy (FAB MS), by 2) membrane-binding assay using NeuAca3- and NeuAca6-specific lectins, and by 3) TLC binding assay with radiolabeled bacteria.
Abstract No. F-347, 61st IPC (2009). HPTLC of gatifloxacin and ornidazole on silica gel with dichloromethane - methanol - 25 % ammonia 95:10:3. The hRf value was 16 and 60 for gatifloxacin and ornidazole, respectively. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 302 nm. The method was linear in the range of 20-200 ng/band for gatifloxacin and 50-500 ng/band for ornidazole. Recovery was between 100.4 and 101.9 for both drugs.
