The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

Detection by spraying with 1% 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid in ethanol and then with 8% NaOH in ethanol. Identification by comparing the standard spot color and Rf. Also HPLC.
J. Chinese Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 17, 552-554 (1992). TLC on silica with hexane - acetone - chloroform and traces of acetic acid 130:3:2. Determination by densitometry at 523 nm.
J. Shanghai Med. Univ. (Shanghai Yike Daxue Xuebao) 20, 55-58 (1993). TLC of curculigoside on silica with chloroform - methanol 4:1. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance) at 282 nm. Use of the method for the analysis of crude drugs.
Chinese J. Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao), 25 (9), 457-458 (1994). Identification of the chemical constituents of the medicinal herbs used in wine, such as the fruit of Lycium Chenense Mill., the fruit of Psoralea corylifolia L., the rhizome of Vladimiria souliei (Franch.) Ling., etc, by TLC on silica with cyclohexane - acetone 10:3. Detection by spraying with 5% vanillin - sulfuric acid (3g - 0.5 mL) in ethanol.
Chinese J. Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 26, 127-128 (1995). TLC of the extracts from the title formulation and its main ingredients on silica with 1) benzene - ethyl acetate - methanol 15:4:1, 2) benzene - ethyl acetate - methanol - isopropanol - NH3 12:6:3:3:1. Detection by spraying with 5% vanillin in sulfuric acid or under UV 365 nm. Quantification of berberine hydrochloride by densitometry at 365 nm.
