The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

A study of the mechanism and thermodynamics of retention. J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 28, 2499-2513 (2005). TLC of R,S-(+/-)-ibuprofen and S-(+)-ibuprofen on silica gel prewashed with methanol - water 9:1 and impregnated with a 0.03 mol/L methanolic solution of L-arginine by dipping. Separation with acetonitrile - methanol - water 5:1:1 and several drops of acetic acid to adjust the pH to 4.8. Two dimensional development with the same mobile phase in the first direction, followed by drying and application of the S-(+)-enantiomer and development in the second direction. Densitometric evaluation at 210 nm. Chiral separation of propanolol with acetonitrile - methanol 15:4 containing ammonia for one and two dimensional separation.

TLC of 3-cyclohexyl-6,8-dibromochinazoline-4-one, 3-cyclohexyl-6,8-dibromochinazo-line and 3-amino-4,6-dibromobenzaldehyde on silica with chloroform - hexane - methanol - acetic acid 40:40:10:10 and benzene - methyl acetate - methanol - NH3 50:30:20:1.5. Detection with potassiumtetraiodobismutate(II) and/or under UV at 254 nm. Detection limits 0.5-2.0 µg.
J. Chromatogr. 479, 459-463 (1989). TLC of moclobemide and its decomposition products on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 13:6:1 or ethyl acetate - ethanol - 28% NH3 8:2:1. Detection under UV 254 nm. Photodegradation of moclobemide on silica. Identification of the products by spectrometry after scraping, extracting with methanol, separating by HPLC and collecting the eluents.

TLC of 14C-labeled GYKI-47 261 (6-(4-aminophenyl)-8-chloro-2-methyl-11H-imidazol [1,2c][2,3]benzodiazepine) and metabolites on silica gel with chloroform - n-hexane - ethanol - conc. NH3 75:15:9:1 as the best eluent of 31 mobile phases tested. Detection of radiolabeled compounds by means of contact autoradiography and under UV 366 nm.
