Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 31, 1913-1924 (2008). TLC of eleven anti-depressive drugs (amitriptyline, doxepin, amizepin, chlorpromazine, clomipramine, flupentixol, haloperidole, moclobemide, perazine, risperidone, venlafaxine) on silica gel, RP-18 and cyano phased in a horizontal chamber with non-aqueous mobile phases containing of polar modifier - methanol, medium polar diluent - diisopropyl ether and aqueous ammonia or diethylamine. The best results were obtained with addition of ammonia. Detection under UV light and by videodensitometry.
Hanzaigaku Zasshi (Acta Criminol. Med. Legalls Jap.) 60, 149-154 (1994). Simultaneous TLC detection of spermine and choline from human semen, and semen of some other animals, and of a number of fruit and vegetable juices. Discussion of the distinction between the chromatograms for human semen and those for other samples.
Asian J. Chem. 19(5), 3621-3636 (2007). TLC of ornidazole and cefixime on silica gel with methanol - water 3:2. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm. Linearity was between 250 and 2500 µg/mL for ornidazole and 100 and 900 µg/mL for cefixime. The recoveries of drugs by standard addition method were found in the range of 98.0 and 89.4 % for both drugs. The method is suitable for routine quality control.
Chinese J. Hosp. Pharm. (Zhongguo Yaoxue Zazhi) 16, 418-419 (1996). TLC on silica with chloroform - benzene - acetone - methanol 5:5:3:1. Detection under UV 254. Quantification by densitometry at 300, 200 nm, respectively. Detection limits 60, 60, 400 ng, respectively. Precision between 1.78 and 3.21% (within plate) and between 2.75 and 4.05% (inter plate).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 22, 145-155 (2009). TLC of candesartan, eprosartan, telmisartan, losartan, and valsartan on RP-8 and RP-18 with mobile phases comprising 3:7 mixtures of phosphate buffer of different pH (2-8) and one of three modifiers, acetonitrile, methanol, or tetrahydrofuran, in horizontal chambers at ambient temperature. Detection under UV 254 nm. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement. Separation of the five sartans was also achieved by TLC on RP-18 with dimethyl sulfoxide - phosphate buffer (pH 5.0) 4:1.
Chromatographia 47, 695-700 (1998). TLC on silica gel with chloroform - methanol 9:1. Detection by dipping into isonicotinic acid hydrazide (IAH) reagent for 20 s, and then into chloroform - liquid paraffin 9:1. Quantitation by fluorodensitometry at 366/>460 nm. Detection limit 1 ng.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 21, 251-258 (2008). TLC of tiaprofenic acid, ketoprofen, naproxen, dexibuprofen, flurbiprofen, alminoprofen, and ibuprofen on silica gel with chloroform - acetone - toluene 12:5:2 and chloroform - ethyl acetate 1:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 225 nm (for naproxen, dexibuprofen, and ibuprofen) and at 270 nm (for tiaprofenic acid, ketoprofen, flurbiprofen, and alminoprofen).
The transformation of icariin by intestinal flora.) (Chinese). J. Chinese Trad. & Herb. Drugs (Zhongcaoyao) 31 (11), 834-837 (2000). TLC on silica gel with petroleum ether (30-60°C) - acetone - formic acid 35:15:1. Detection by spraying with 2 % AlCl3 in ethanol, and under UV 254 nm. Identification of the metabolites, icaritin and baohuoside I, by ESI/MS
