The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications

1. Separation on silica by thin-layer and high-performance liquid chromatography. J. Chromatogr. 328, 279-287 (1985). HPTLC of bis-quaternary aminosteroids (pipecuronium bromide and related steroids) on silica with methanol - acetonitrile - conc. NH3 514:386:100 containing 0.005 mole/l ammonium chloride and 0.08 mole/l ammonium carbonate. Detection by immersion of the plate in Dragendorff reagent. Densitometry by absorbance at 525 nm.
J. High Resol. Chromatogr. 8, 19-22 (1985). Anticircular HPTLC of jojoba wax and shea fat on silica with petrol ether - ether 6:4. Staining by dipping into phosphomolybdic acid solution. Quantification by densitometry at 546 nm.
Med. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 4, 356-357 (1984). (Chinese). (Detection of the major impurity vincine in vincamine and its assay by thin-layer chromatography.) TLC of vincine in vincamine on silica with hexane - chloroform - methanol 5:1:1. Quantification by densitometry.

Quantitative analysis of herberine in five Chinese patent medicines.) TLC of berberine on silica with butanol - acetic acid - water 7:1:2. Visualization under UV light. Quantification by densitometry.
Quantitation by densitometry at 250 nm for vitamin C, 440 nm for vitamin B2, 300 nm for vitamin A and 260 nm for niacinamide.
Detection by spraying with 10 % sulfuric acid. Quantification by densitometry at 460 nm.
Viewing under UV. Densitometry by absorbance at 310 nm. Detection 0.1 to 1 ng.
Coefficient of variation 2.1-5.4 %.
