The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

J. Liquid Chromatogr. 13, 2727-2735 (1990). Diphasic-2D-TLC of free fatty acids on a plate with a strip C-18 silica (2 x 10 cm) interfaced with an AgNO3-modified silica layer (8 x 10 cm), with acetonitrile - acetone - methanol - water 6:2:1:1 in the first dimension and chloroform - ethyl acetate - acetonitrile 90:8:2 in the second. Quantification by densitometry in fluorescence at 366/>400 nm. Detection limit, 300 fmol.
Proc. 6th Int. Symp. Instrum. Planar Chromatogr., (Interlaken 1991), Inst. Chromatogr., Bad Dürkheim, FRG, 15-17 (1991). HPTLC of bifonazole in cream and lotion on silica with hexane - ethyl acetate - acetone - diethylamine 45:45:10:4. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance) by 260 nm. Precision 4,8% for 20 ng per spot, 1,9% for 40 ng per spot. Overall RSD was 4,6% for cream and 5.1% for lotion.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 10, 351-352 (1990). TLC of glycyrrhizin on silica with chloroform - methanol - formic acid 5:1:0.1. Detection under UV 254 nm. Quantification by densitometry at 280 nm. CV = 1.46%. The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.42 - 2.08 µg. Recovery 98.6%.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 173-176 (1990). Improvement of a TLC method: Rapid quantitative HPTLC of glucose, fructose, and other common sugars on silica by single or multiple developments with acetonitrile - water 17:3 containing various amounts of 2-aminoethyl diphenylborate (NST). Best results with a solvent containing 1,5 mmol/1 NST, 5 % methanol, and phosphate buffer (pH 5.5) instead of water. Time requirement for 18 samples of glucose, fructose, and saccarose including manual application and evaluation 45 min. Detection by immersion of the dried plates for 10 s in DAP (2 % diphenylamine and 2 % aniline in methanol - 85 % phosphoric acid 8:2 and heating at 120 °C for 10 min. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance at 440 and 515 nm).
