The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword

Chromatographia 40, 737-739 (1995). Presentation of a method for determination of prednisolone acetate by stepwise gradient TLC on silica with chloroform - acetone 100:0, 90:10, 75:25, and densitometry, at 243 nm. The TLC method was found to be comparable to HPLC and radioisotope methods.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 136-137 (1996). TLC of benzylideneacetone on RP-18 silica with methanol - water 7:3. Quantification by densitometry at 285 nm. Sensitivity 0.0050% for visual screening and 0.0017% for quantification by direct spotting.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 48-51 (1996). TLC of 7,7'-biphysicon, physicon, chrysophanol on silica with chloroform - ethyl acetate - formic acid 89:10:1. After cutting the plate into two pieces 7.0 cm from the bottom edge, the upper portion was developed with the same solvent for 1.0 cm, and after drying with hexane - ethyl acetate - formic acid - water 178:20:2:7. Quantification by densitometry at 430 nm and a reference wavelength of 540 nm. Detection limit in the lower nanogram range (5 - 10 ng).
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 27, 58-59 (1996). TLC on silica with chloroform - ethyl acetate - NH3 15:20:1. Detection by spraying with Dragendorff's reagent. Quantification by densitometry at 520 nm. RSD 1.78 %; recovery 1.98 %.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 18 (5), 13-14 (1996). TLC on silica with benzene - ethyl acetate 19:1. Quantification by densitometry at 490 nm. RSD 0.64 %; recovery 99.2 %.
Chinese Pharm. Univ. (Zhongguo Yaoke Daxue Xuebao) 27, 16-18 (1996). TLC on silica with acetone - ethanol - hydrochloric acid 10:6:1. Detection by spraying with Dragendorff's reagent. Quantification by densitometry at 570 nm. RSD 0.96 %; recovery 96.6 %.
