RP-TLC on dimethyldichlorosilane-impregnated Kieselguhr G with acetone - acetonitrile containing varying proportions of water. Detection by spraying with 50% sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 200 °C for 5 min. Quantification by densitometry at 450 nm.
