The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

TLC of s-triazines (simazine, atrazine, ametryne, prometryne, aziprotryne) on "Aminoplast" with cyclohexane - acetone 9:1, on cellulose with water - acetone 7:3 and on acetylated cellulose with water - methanol 1:1. Observation under UV 254 nm. Densitometry by absorbance at 254 nm.

Acta Pharmaceutica Hungarica 64, 63-66 (1994). TLC of oxytetracycline on silica. Predevelopment with saturated aqueous disodium ethylenediamine-tetraacetate solution followed by development with chloroform - methanol - water 65:25:5. Quantification by densitometry at 254 nm.
J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 18, 358-360 (1993). TLC of tubeimoside I in Bolbostemma paniculatum rhizomes, injections, or suppositories on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 48:25:7. Quantification by densitometry at 474 nm.
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 17, 2737-2749 (1994). TLC on silica with methanol - chloroform 1:1. Detection by spraying with ninhydrin - collidin reagent. Quantification by densitometry at 200 nm for e-caprolactam before derivatization and 558 nm for e-aminocaproic acid after derivatization. Detection limits 200 µg and 20 µg, resp.
Indian Drugs 32 (4), 166-171 (1995). HPTLC of amiloride (A) and frusemide (F) on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 (18%) 75:10:8. Quantification by densitometry at 275 nm using diloxanide as internal standard. Linearity range 20-120 ng for A and 240-320 ng for F with average recovery of 99.75 % and 100.05 % respectively.
II. Catharanthine and vindoline. J. Liquid Chromatogr. 18, 849-858 (1995). TLC on silica with petrol ether - ethyl ether - acetone - ethanol 70:10:20:1. Quantification by densitometry at 280 nm for catharanthine and at 310 nm for vindoline.
