The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

J. Planar Chromatogr. 6, 228-231 (1993). OPLC of potassium canrenoate, canrenoic acid and canrenone on silica with different mixtures of methanol and 0.01 M phosphate buffer (pH 5.0). Quantification by densitometry at 285 nm.
Chinese J. Pharm. Ind. (Zhongguo Yiyao Gongye Zazhi) 23, 321-322 (1992). TLC of sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim on silica with chloroform - methanol - ethylenediamine 50:5:4. Quantification by densitometry at 260 and 288 nm, respectively.
Chinese J. Chromatogr. (Sepu) 12, 173-174 (1994). Two-dimensional TLC of ginseng saponins on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 21:11:4 for the first direction, and 1-butanol - ethyl acetate - water 4:1:1 for the second. Detection by spraying with vanillin and heating at 120 °C for 15 min. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance at 600 nm) and of ginsenosid-Re at 480 nm.
J. Chromatogr. 643, 337-339 (1993). HPTLC on silica with ethyl acetate - toluene 1:3. Detection by spraying subsequently with 6 M ethanolic hydrochloric acid, 1 % sodium nitrite in ethanolic HCl, and 1 % ethanolic N-(1-naphthyl)ethylene-diamine dihydrochloride, then heating at 180 °C for 10 min. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance) at 550 nm. Detection limit 0.1 µg.
Chinese J. Pharm. (Zhongguo Yaoxue Zazhi) 28, 550-552 (1993). TLC on silica with hexane - chloroform - methanol 5:3:1. Quantification by densitometry at 254, 249 and 214 nm for diazepam, methaqualone and estazolam, respectively.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 349-353 (1994). TLC on silica with dichloromethane - methanol - 25% NH3 60:6:1. Detection by spraying with 0.15% xanthydrol in hydrochloric acid conc. - acetic acid 60:5, followed by heating. Quantification by densitometry at 525 nm. Comparison of TLC with LC. This TLC method can be used for rapid and simple quantification of erythromycin in urine and plasma samples.
