Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Proc. Intern. Symposium on TLC with special emphasis on OPLC, Szeged, 74, (1984). OPLC (OPTLC) of amino acids on ion-exchange layers with sodium citrate buffer pH 3.15. Detection with ninhydrin reagent. Densitometry by absorbance at 535 nm ; detection limit 0.5-1.0 nmol.
J. Chromatogr. 291, 471-475 (1984). Overpressured TLC using HPTLC silica plates of strychnine, ephedrine, amphetamine, coramine, caffeine and other doping agents with butanol - chloroform - MEK - water - acetic acid 25:17:8:4:6. Detection by UV. Quantitative scanning by absorbance at 210 nm. Average analysis time per sample about 10 minutes.
Americ. Lab. 16, 126-127 (1984). TLC on silica (with concentration zone) with ethyl acetate - methanol 19:1. Densitometry by absorbance at 254 nm. Precision 3.5 % for the standard, 4.75 % for cola (instrument dependent, Kontes).
Chem. Pharm. Bull. 32, 4942-4945 (1984). TLC of 7 mutagenic xanthones on silica. Quantification by densitometry. Investigation of the conditions of the analysis. The relationship between xanthone content and mutagenicity is discussed.
Chromatographia 20, 249-252 (1985). HPTLC of methyl nicotinate on silica with ether - dichloromethane - hexane 5:3:2. Detection by spraying with 0.1 % solution of the ammonium salt of 8-anilino-naphthalene-1-sulfonic acid in water. Quantification by densitometry at 263 nm. 1) 3-pyridine carboxaldehyde was used as internal standard. 2) After quantification of methyl nicotinate the same plate was used for the identification of the cream base excipients with methanol - chloroform 3:2.
J. Chromatogr. 315, 481-487 (1984). HPTLC of potassium platinochloride, trans-platin, cis-platin and aquo derivatives of cis-platin on silica with acetone - water 95:5 or acetone - toluene - water 76:20:4. Detection by dipping in p-nitrosodimethylaniline. Quantification by densitometry at 515 nm. Detection limit 14 ng/spot.
Detection by spraying with starch solution and exposing to iodine vapor. Detection limit 10 ng. Quantification by densitometry.
