Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. AOAC Int. 75, 307-312 (1992). The American Oil Chemists Society method (AOCS Official Method Ah 1-72) was used for TLC analysis of aflatoxin B1; quantification by densitometry. Good correlations for results obtained by using ELISA with TLC, and TLC with LC. Comparison of advantages and disadvantages of ELISA, TLC and LC.

Detection by spraying with a cerium sulfate - sodium molybdate solution. Quantification by densitometry at 610 nm.

J. Planar Chromatogr. 6, 294-295 (1993). HPTLC of dansyl amino acids (L-arginine, glutamic acid, glycine, L-leucine, serine) on silica with 5% EDTA - 1-butanol - ether 1:2:7 (2 developments). Quantification by densitometry in fluorescence at 366/>400 nm.

Chromatographia 37, 365-373 (1993). TLC of title compounds on silica by AMD using two different solvent gradients. Identification by in-situ measurement of the UV spectra. Determination by densitometry at 280 nm. Discussion of the advantages of this TLC method.
