The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 20, 162-164 (1995). TLC on silica with isooctane - isopropyl ether - acetic acid - butanol - water 10:5:5:3:1. Detection by spraying with 30% sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 105 °C for 15 min. Quantification by densitometry.
CLB Chemie in Labor und Biotechnik 47, 262-263 (1994). HPTLC screening of carcinogenic amines in textiles on silica with dichloromethane - acetonitrile 5:1. Derivatization by diazotation and coupling with N-(1-naphthyl)-ethylenediammonium dichloride. Visual evaluation (pink to blue zones on a pale background). For confirmation of positive results a 15 step AMD gradient on silica from 80% dichloromethane - acetone 1:1 and 20% hexane to 20% dichloromethane - acetone 1:1 and 80% hexane follows. Alternative chromatography on silica with diisopropyl ether - pentane - diethyl amine 12:8:1. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance) at 200, 230, 280 and 360 nm (multi-wavelength-scan). The detection limit of 20 derivatized amines is between 20-200 ng and of not derivatized between 20-400 ng. Sample preparation includes treatment with dithionite reagent, cleaving azo dyes into their component amines. Very effective screening method. Indian Drugs 33 (7), 355-357 (1996). HPTLC of antipyrin and paracetamol in plasma on silica with chloroform - methanol 9:1. The linearity range was 0.625 to 2.5 mg/mL for antipyrin and 1.5 to 6.0 mg/mL for paracetamol. Rf value of paracetamol was 0.34 and of antipyrin 0.4.

TLC on silica with 1) acetone - toluene - ethyl acetate - NH3 conc. 30:20:10:1 and 2) chloroform - ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 conc. 40:5:5:1. Detection by spraying with potassium iodobismuthate reagent. Quantification of matrine and oxymatrine by densitometry at 505 nm.
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 19, 815-821 (1996). TLC on micro-crystalline cellulose with methylisobutyl ketone - HCl conc. 2:3. Detection by spraying with 1% KJ in ethanol. Quantification by densitometry of r and Rh bands at 510 nm and 480 nm, respectively.
