Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Chromatogr. 437, 287-293 (1988). TLC on silica with ethyl acetate - chloroform - methanol - acetic acid 20:20:2:0.2. Detection by spraying with 50% sulfuric acid in methanol and scanning in fluorescent mode. Discussion of the possibility for quantification. Also, GC method.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 8, 337-340 (1988). TLC on silica with dichloromethane - acetone 8:1 and 45:1. Detection by spraying with sulfuric acid - ethanol - water and heating at 120°C for 10 min. Quantification by densitometry at 550 nm.
J. China Pharm. Univ. (Zhongguo Yaoke Daxue Xuebao) 19, 65-67 (1988). TLC on silica with benzene - ethyl acetate - formic acid (saturated with water) 60:20:1. Quantification by densitometry, at 435 nm for emodin and at 550 nm for indirubin. CV = 1. 6%, 1. 9%, respectively. Recoveries, 99. 3% and 100. 1%, respectively.
J. Chromatogr. 455, 382-390 (1988). Presentation of an indirect fluorimetric detection method for alkanols, bile acids and digoxin series for TLC on silica or chemically bonded silica with different solvent systems containing certain fluorophores, which generates uniform background fluorescence, and allowing detection of non-fluorescent spots with nanomolar detection limits. Discussion of the selection of visualization reagent and the effect of the chromatographic conditions.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. 9, 37-38 (1989). TLC of codeine and methyl codeine on silica with toluene - acetone - ethanol - NH3 45:45:7:4. Detection under UV or by spraying with potassium iodobismuthate reagent. Quantification by densitometry at lS 278 nm and lR 400 nm, or lR 500 nm and lS 750 nm. R.S.D., ~3.0%.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. 9, 74-77 (1989). TLC of panaxsaponin Rg1 and Rb1, cryptotanhinone, protocatechuic aldehyde on silica with chloroform - butanol - methanol - water 2:4:1:2 and chloroform - ethyl acetate - benzene - formic acid 20:24:12:3. Detection by spraying with 5% sulfuric acid in ethanol or under UV 254 nm. Quantification by densitometry at 525 nm, 700 nm, or 290 nm, 370 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 138-141 (1989). To overcome structure signals of the HPTLC-plates the concept of multiple scanning at changed angles of a planar chromatogram rotated stepwise was used. The procedure does not falsify raw data and has nothing to do with any kind of smoothing. The authors work with the mean values but do not touch the original raw data.
Shaanxi Provin. J. Med. (Shaanxi Yixue Zazhi) 18, 28-30 (1989). TLC of free bile acids on silica with isooctane - isoproyl ether - acetic acid - butanol - water 10:5:5:3:1. Detection by spraying with a solution of phosphomolybdic acid. Quantification by densitometry.
