Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J.Trad.Chin.Med (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 14, 466-468 (1989). TLC of D7- stigmastenol and fructose on silica with cyclohexane - ethyl acetate 4:1, and benzene - acetic acid - methanol 15:6:4. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance) at 540 nm and 500 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 77-79 (1989). HPTLC of urine extracts on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 25% 85:10:5. Doping control by post-chromatographic derivatization. Esidrex and similar drugs as well as their metabolites are converted into azo dyes. Drug monitoring by densitometry. Determination limit of the method described is 0.2 mg/L and the sensitivity limit is 0.1 mg/L. The procedure allows the analysis of a large number of samples in a short period of time with minimal operating costs.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 86-89 (1989). TLC and OPLC of formaldemethone and dimedone on silica with chloroform - dichloromethane 35:65 and with acetone. Densitometry by absorbance at 275 nm without and at 535 nm after derivatization with Dragendorff’s reagent.
Acta Pharm. Sinica (Yaoxue Xuebao) 25 530-533 (1989). TLC on silica with hexane – ethyl acetate 7:3. Detection under UV 365 nm. Quantification by fluoro densitometry at 365 nm.
J. Chromatogr. 513, 401-404 (1990). TLC of avermectins on silica with hexane – acetone – methanol 14:6:0.05 or hexane – isopropanol – methanol 14:4:0.05. Quantification by densitometry at 254 nm.
Chinese J. Pharm. Ind. (Zhongguo Yiyao Gongye Zazhi) 21, 171-174 (1990). TLC of sodium cromoglycate on silica with chloroform - methanol - acetic acid - water 18:5:20:7. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance) at 272 nm. CV = 2.3%.
Analyst 115, 1435-1439 (1990). Bi-dimensional HPTLC of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 on silica with anhydrous diethyl ether for the 1st direction, and, in the opposite direction, twice with chloroform - xylene - acetone 6:3:1. Quantification by fluoro densitometry. Comparison with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and HPLC methods. HPTLC method gave more consistent data with lower RSD value.
Analyst (London) 115, 1181-1184 (1990). HPTLC on silica with dichloromethane - ethyl acetate - ethanol - formic acid 7:4:8:1, and dichloromethane - ethyl acetate - ethanol 5:5:1. and acetonitrile - dichloromethane 1:1. Determination by spectrodensitometry.
