Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Chinese Anal. Chem. (Fenxi Huaxue) 19, 733-736 (1991). Two-dimensional TLC of phospholipids on silica with chloroform – methanol – NH3 (28%) 13:7:1 for the first dimension, and chloroform – acetone – methanol – acetic acid 10:4:4:2:1 for the 2nd. Detection by densitometry at 700 nm, and by 31P NMR. Comparison of the two methods.
halimus during osmotic stress. Phytochemistry 31, 2003-2008 (1992). TLC of plant extracts and fractions containing choline and betaine on silica with formic acid – water – butanol 2:1:6, methanol – water 1:1, methanol – acetone – conc. hydrochloric acid 45:5:2 and on alumina with methanol – conc NH3 3:1. Detection by spraying with Dragendorff’s reagent. Densitometry. An elegant TLC solution to the difficult identification of quaternary ammonium compounds in crude plant extracts.
J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 16, 485-486 (1991). TLC of aconitine on silica with a mixture of hexane – ethyl acetate – ethanol. Quantification by densitometry at 282 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 397-401 (1991). TLC of triglycerides (i.a. trilinolein, triolein, dipalmitoolein, palmitostearoolein) on silica impregnated with 0.5% methanolic silver nitrate solution or on RP-2 silica. Eluent for argentation TLC was petrol ether - acetone 20:9. After development the plates were dried for at 110°C, then treated consecutively with bromine vapor and sulfuryl chloride vapor, followed by charring at 180-200°C. Densitometry.
J. China Surfac. Deterg. & Cosmet. (Zhongguo Riyong Huaxue Gongye) 3, 149-154 (1992). TLC of lauryl alcohol ethoxylates on silica with ethyl acetate - acetone - water 55:35:10. Detection by exposure to iodine vapor. Quantification by densitometry at 460 nm. The results were in good agreement with those obtained by GC and FDMS.
J. Chromatogr. 589, 390-393 (1992). TLC on silica with a) chloroform - methanol 8:2, and b) chloroform - methanol - acetic acid 80:20:2. Detection by immersing in 4-methoxybenzaldehyde solution and heating at 130 °C for 2 min. Quantification by fluorodensitometry at 366 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 5, 343-349 (1992). Comparison of the TLC separation of chloroplast pigments on silica and 7 types of bonded silica plates; best overall separation was found on RP-18 silica using the solvent system petrol ether (35-60°C) - acetonitrile - methanol 2:4:4. Identification with Rf values, chemical reaction with hydrochloric acid and in situ spectra; Quantification by densitometry.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 24, 15-16 (1993). TLC of indirubin on silica with benzene - chloroform - acetone 5:4:1. Quantification by densitometry at 575 nm.
