Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. China Pharm. Univ. (Zhongguo Yaoke Daxue Xuebao) 20, 100-102 (1989). TLC of cholic acid, hydrodeoxycholic acid, bilirubin and others on silica with chloroform – ethyl acetate – acetic acid 5:5:1. Detection by spraying with 5% sulfuric acid in ethanol. Quantification by densitometry at 385 nm.
Chinese J. Pharm. (Zhongguo Yaoxue Zazhi), 25, 164-166 (1990). TLC of asthol, imperatorin, bergapten, xanthotoxin on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate 9:1. Detection under UV. Quantification by densitometry at 322 and 249 nm. Comparison of the results with those obtained by HPLC.
Proc. 6th Int. Symp. Instrum. Planar Chromatogr., (Interlaken 1991), Inst. Chromatogr., Bad Dürkheim, FRG, 235-244 (1991). TLC for assay and purity control of chlortetracycline and demeclocycline on EDTA pretreated silica with dichloromethane - methanol - water 60:35:5 for chlorotetracycline and 59:35:6 for demeclocycline. Densitometry by absorbance at 280 nm. Comparison with HPLC showed a good correlation to TLC-data (r = 0.9999). For TLC standard deviation (RSD) of main components was < 2%, for LC the RSD was 1%.
