Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Chromatogr. 497, 139-146 (1989). TLC of faecal bile acids on silica with isooctane - 2-propanol - acetic acid 30:10:1 for the 1st development and isooctane - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 10:10:2 for the 2nd. Detection by dipping into 0.2% 2,7-dichlorofluorescein ethanol solution. Quantification by fluoro densitometry at 366 nm. Good correspondence between this method and GC.
Chinese J. Chromatogr. 7, 285-288 (1989). TLC of vinyl sulfone reactive dyes on silica with chloroform - methanol - acetone 18:3:2. Detection by densitometry. Detection limit 10 ng. Measurement and discussion of the reaction rate constant of hydrolysis of 10 dyes having different constitutions.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 21, 61-62 (1990). TLC of sinapine on silica with butanol – ethanol – acetic acid – water 3:1:1:1. Quantification by fluorodensitometry with 313 nm excitation.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 207-210 (1989). Investigation of the role of phospholipid-derived second-messengers in B-cell signal transduction with a system which allows the simultaneous detection of lipids from a wide rage of polarity as well as low limits of determination. Using a monophasic lipid extraction (hexane-isopropanol (3+2) and separation of the anionic from the zwitterionic and neutral lipids by anion-exchange chromatography with subsequent desalting, 18 different lipids (or groups of lipids) from one single extract could be separated by straight-phase HPTLC (N-chamber; chloroform – methanol – trimethylenamine- water 30:35:34:8). Detection by dipping into cupric sulfate reagent and heating at 175°C for 10 min. The cupric sulfate reagent is much more stable than molybdenum blue. In situ quantification is a powerful tool to investigate small biological samples. This sensitivity compares well with recently published HPLC methods.
Don Hara.) (Chinese). Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 10, 227-230 (1990). TLC on silica with toluene – ether – methanol – formic acid 1:2:0.2:0.1. Quantification by densitometry at 280 nm. The calibration curve was linear over a range of 0.13 – 176 µg/spot. Recovery 98%.
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 13, 3941-3947 (1990). TLC of pentachlorophenol on silica with hexane - ace-tone - methanol - acetic acid 35:10:5:0.1. Detection by dipping into a solution of 20% aqueous AgNO3 - acetone - deionized water - NH3 8:20:20:12 and exposure to UV 254 nm. Quantification by densitometry. Detection limit, 0.5 ppm in tallow.
Proc. 6th Int. Symp. Instrum. Planar Chromatogr., (Interlaken 1991), Inst. Chromatogr., Bad Dürkheim, FRG, 57-59 (1991). TLC of tylosine tartrate, bromhexine hydrochloride and tetracycline on silica with butanol - acetic acid - water 66:17:17. Quantification by densitometry (details not reported).
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 13, 2783-2807 (1990). TLC of chloroquinolin - ethenyl phenyl derivatives on cyano-bonded silica with ethyl acetate - toluene - trifluoroethanol -triethylamine 75:10:5:10. Quantification by fluoro densitometry. at 366/>460 nm. Detection limit 5 ng.
