Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Anal. Biochem. 154, 200-204 (1986). Two-dimensional TLC of lipid p and phospholipids on silica with chloroform - methanol - NH3 - water 65:35:3:2 for the first dimension and chloroform - acetone - methanol - acetic acid - water 50:20:10:10:5 for the second. Removal of the spots and treatment with ammonium molybdate. Measurement by spectrophotometry at 790 nm.
Anal. Biochem. 156, 447-453 (1986). Two-dimensional TLC of 4 phosphoinositide cycle phospholipids and commonly encountered major and minor phospholipids on silica with chloroform - methanol - acetic acid 55:25:5. The method was applied successfully to human erythrocytes, human platelets and BL/VL3 murine lymphoma cells.
J. Chromatogr. 436, 515-516 (1988). TLC on amino-modified silica and silica or the combination of the two with chloroform - methanol - water 65:35:8. Detection by spraying either with a-naphthol-sulfuric acid or 10 % copper sulfate in 8 % phosphoric acid and heating at 170 °C for 10 min., and then scanning. Detection limit, 100 ng.
Planta 173, 309-316 (1988). Purification of polar and neutral lipids by TLC on silica with chloroform - methanol - acetic acid - water 170:30:20:7 and hexane - ether - acetic acid 70:30:1. Detection by exposing to iodine vapor. Quantification by radioassay after elution or by GC following transmethylation.
J. Chromatogr. 490, 439-443 (1989). TLC of acetylated diacylglycerols on silica with chloroform - acetone 96:4. Detection by spraying with 1.6-diphenylhexatriene solution (10 µg/100 mL hexane).
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 17, 583-587 (1989). TLC of lipids on silica with hexane - ether - acetic acid 75:21:1. Determination by scanning densitometry, correction factors were applied on the basis of calibration curve with marine invertebrate lipid.
Chem. Anal. (N.Y.) 108, 157-166 (1990). Description of the method of TLC/FTIR spectrometry employing mass transfer from the TLC plate to an IR transmittant carrier. Demonstration of the advantages of the method using a standard mixture of phospholipids.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 126-132 (1990). HPTLC separation of lipids on silica with hexane - ether 6:4 and after intermediate drying, with chloroform - acetone - methanol 19:1:5 to 20 - 25 mm, then again after drying, with chloroform - acetone - methanol - formic acid 85:10:5:0.6 to 90 mm in a presaturated chamber. After chlorination of the specific NH-groups, quantification by transmittance scanning densitometry. Subsequent detection with a chromogenic benzidine reagent; identification of the CM classes using a standard mixture of spingomyelin derived ceramides. Quantification levels as low as 100 ng per individual class.
