Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Chromatogr. 436, 467-473 (1988). Presentation of a method for the determination of title compounds based on mild alkaline deacylation and acid hydrolysis of plasmalogens on plate with subsequent micro-TLC on silica. Quantification by phosphorus absorption method.
Lipids 23, 9-16 (1988). TLC of polar lipids, phospholipids, glycosides and free acids on silica with benzene - ether 9:1. Visualization by spraying with an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid followed by charring.
Merck Spectrum (Darmstadt) 2, 58-59 (1988). TLC determination of p-phenyl-pentadecanoic acid 123I on silica RP-18 with acetone - methyl cyanide - chloroform 5:4:2 and of triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) on cellulose with butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:1. Detection by recording the nuclide radiation resp. direct evaluation with a radio-TLC-analyser.
Derivatives of ether and ester analogues of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidyl ethanolamine and platelet activating factor. J. Chromatogr. 508, 382-385 (1990). TLC of benzoate derivatives of various lipid classes on silica with benzene – hexane – ether 10:9:1. Detection by charring with sulfuric acid and heating at 180°C for 30 min. HPLC after purification by TLC.
J. Chromatogr. 533, 297-299 (1990). TLC of phospholipids on silica developed four or five times with chloroform - methanol - 2-propanol - 0.25% potassium chloride - ethyl acetate 30:9:25:6:18. Detection by spraying with Vaskovsky’s and orcinol reagents.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 269-271 (1990). HPTLC separation of saturated, monoenoic and dienoic fatty acid methyl esters and corresponding fatty acid dimethylacetals on silica, prepared with 10% AgNO3, and chloroform - methanol 99:1, 95:1. Visualization by spraying with 2',7'-dichlorofluorescein and visualization under UV. Reverse phase TLC can be as effective as HPLC for the investigation of fatty acid metabolism but is more rapid and more suitable for analyzing multiple radioactive samples.
J. Chromatogr. 581, 139-142 (1992). TLC of phospholipids and three lyso-phospholipids on silica containing 0.4% ammonium sulfate with chloroform - methanol - acetic acid - acetone - water 40:25:7:4:4:2. Detection by exposing to iodine vapor.
J. Chromatogr. 624, 11-19 (1992). Discussion of the fundamentals of lipid analysis by TLC and the techniques such as densitometry, preparative TLC and TLC with FID, as well as applications from the areas of dairy, marine and plant lipids, and additives like lecithins (emulsifying agents, etc.).
