Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Anal. Chim. Acta 311, 57-62 (1995). Two-dimensional HPTLC of gangliosides in human plasma on silica with 1) chloroform - methanol - 0.2 % aqueous CaCl2 5:4:1, and 2) propanol - NH3 3:2 for both directions, resp. Derivatization with resorcinol reagent. Quantification by image processing; GM4 was used as internal standard.
Giovanni Olini (1200 AD) and St. Nicolosa Bursa (1500 AD). J. Planar Chromatogr. 28, 205-212 (2015). TLC of (1) proteins, (2) resins, (3) sugars, and (4) waxes from fragments of the surface-coating material found on mummified bodies on silica gel for (2), (3), and (4), and on cellulose phase for (1) with n-butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:1 for (1), benzene - methanol 19:1 for (2), acetonitrile - water 17:3 for (3), and petroleum ether - diethyl ether - acetic acid 90:10:1 for (4). Detection was performed after derivatization with ninhydrine reagent for (1), and iodine reagent for (2), (3) and (4). The combination of TLC and other chemical methods proved to be an effective and low-cost tool for obtaining valuable information during the archaeological investigation.
Clin. Chim. Acta 118, 109-120 (1982). TLC of phosphatidylglycerin on silica (containing 5 % ammoniumsulfate) with 1a) THF- dimethoxymethane -methanol - NH3 30:20.6:5.6:3, 1b) chloroform - methanol 60:9.
Clin. Chem. 29, 1075-1 080 (1983). HPTLC of free cholesterol and various esters on silica with hexane - ether - acetic acid 60:40:1.5. Fluorometry after treatment with Mn2+/sulfuric acid.
Lipids 16, 855-862 (1981). TLC of ceramides as benzoyl- and p-nitrobenzoyl derivatives on silica with chloroform - methanol - acetic acid 90:2:8. Detection by UV and with 50 % sulfuric acid and heating at 120 °C.
(Thin-layer chromatographic detection of dicarboxylic acids.) J. Chromatogr. 281, 345-347 (1983). TLC of dicarboxylic acids on silica with chloroform - methanol - 25 % NH3 3:2:1. Detection by UV 254 nm and 366 nm. Detection limit 100 ng per spot.
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 8, 1299-1317 (1985). Separation of citric acid, trichloroacetic acid, indole-3- acetic acid, -naphthaleneacetic and -naphthoxyacetic acid on impregnated calcium sulfate plates with ethyl acetate as eluent. Detection with 1 % ethanolic alkaline bromophenol blue solution.
II. Multidevelopment technique. J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 91-92 (1991). HPTLC of 21 different lipid components on silica with the following mobile phases: 1) propanol – methyl acetate – methanol – ethanol – 43 mM KCl 23:23:29:10:12; 2) hexane – acetone – toluene – chloroform 300:54:25:25; 3) tetrachloromethane. Detection with phosphomolybdic acid reagent (for polar lipids), and CuSO4 (for neutral lipid compounds, glycerides and fatty acids). 1. Publication: L. KOVACS, J. PICK, J. PUCSIK, J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 389-391 (1989).
