The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

J. Chromatogr. 365, 229-235 (1986). Preparative isolation of different lipid classes by HPLC on silica column using a multistep gradient. HPTLC (linear, circular and anticircular) of the fractions on silica with hexane - diethyl ether - acetic acid 65:14:1 for neutral lipids, and chloroform - methanol - water 65:25:4 for polar lipids. Identification by CC/MS.
J. Liquid Chrom. 10, 1687-1705 (1987). TLC after acidic, alkaline or enzymatic hydrolysis on silica with preadsorbent zone. Predevelopment 3x with chloroform/methanol 1:1 on the preadsorbent zone, then actual development with chloroform - ethanol - triethylamine - H2O 30:34:30:8. Detection with 10% coppersulfate in 8 % H3PO4, or with 0.2 % ninhydrin in acetone after heating for 2 min. at 170 °C. Quantification by absorbance at 400 nm.
Evidence for polyphosphoinositide metabolism inside the nucleus which changes with cell differentiation. Biochem. J. 248, 765-770 (1987). TLC of lipid extracts on silica sprayed with 1% oxalate with chloroform - methanol - water - NH3 45:35:8:2, or on silica sprayed with 1mM NaEGTA (pH 5.5) with chloroform - methanol - acetic acid - water 65:50:2:5. Detection by autoradiography and exposure to iodine vapor.
Phytochemistry 28, 2943-2348 (1989).TLC of lipids and fatty acids on silica with ethyl acetate - isopropanol - chloroform - methanol - 0.25% aqueous KCl 25:25:25:10:9. Visualization with Cu(OAc)2 reagent. Visualization of fatty acids by spraying with 2',7'-dichlorofluorescein and viewing under UV.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 24-27 (1989). HPTLC of glycerylmonostearate on silica with hexane - ethyl acetate - methanol 7:2:1. Postchromatographic derivatization by dipping into 0.05% methanolic solution of 6-(p-toluidino)-2-naphtalene-sulfonic acid (potassium salt) and then under UV 365 nm. HPTLC of glyceryl monodiricinolate on silica with ethyl acetate - dichloromethane - methanol - formic acid 13:6:1:0.1. Post-chromatographic derivatization by dipping into 3% ethanolic solution of molybdato phosphoric acid and heating to 120°C for 15 min.
