Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Chromatogr. 454, 425-431 (1988). Two dimensional TLC on plates, containing two parts formed by derivatization of part of the silica layer with ODS and impregnating the remainder with silver nitrate. Development with chloroform - methanol 95:5 followed by chloroform - methanol 98.75:1.25 for argentation TLC and twice with acetonitrile - tetrahydrofuran 4:1 for reversed-phase TLC. Detection by autoradiography.
Merck Spectrum (Darmstadt) 1, 12-15 (1989). TLC separation of C-6 to C-24 fatty acids as monodansylcadavevine derivatives on silica RP-18 with methanol - acetonitrile - THF 18:2:1 for 10 mm; evaluation with UV after dipping in Triton X 100 - solution (4 g Triton X 100 in 10 mL chloroform diluted with 70 mL hexane).
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 12, 3115-3120 (1989). TLC on silica with chloroform – methanol – water 40:10:1. Detection by dipping into fluorescamine reagent for 5 sec and thoroughly drying for 10 min. Quantification by densitometry at 254 nm. The lower limit of detection, 5 ng linear detector response extended to 100 ng.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 38, 255-257 (1990). TLC purification of triglycerides on silica with hexane - ether - acetic acid 70:30:1, preparative TLC on silica impregnated with 5% (w/w) boric acid.
J. Chromatogr. 549, 387-399 (1991). TLC of non-polar lipids on silica with hexane - ether - formic acid 80:20:2. Induction of fluorescence by immersion of the chromatogram in sulfuric acid - ethanol - hexane 1:36:64 and heating at 110 °C for 45 min. Quantification by fluorodensitometry. Detection limits, 5 ng for certain standard lipids.
J. Shenyang Pharm. Coll. (Shenyang Yaoxueyuan Xuebao) 8, 245-247 (1991). TLC of phospholipids on silica with chloroform - methanol - 30% methylamine 45:22:4. Quantification by densitometry.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 25-28 (1994). Optimized one-dimensional TLC on silica with chloroform - methanol - ethanol - acetic acid - water 48:8:4:12:1 has been employed for the determination of phospholipids in amniotic fluid. The developed plates were visualized by exposure to iodine vapor and the phospholipids of interest quantified in reflection/absorbance mode at 460 nm. Detection limits and recoveries for four phospholipids, the repeatability and the reproducibility of the method are reported. The method is sensitive and specific, and has been clinically applied in the determination of fetal lung maturity.
J. Chromatogr. B 665, 79-87 (1995). HPTLC on AgNO2-modified silica with chloroform - acetone 19:1. Quantification by densitometry at 400 nm.
