Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.

TLC of taurocholic acid, taurochenodeoxycholic acid, tauroursodeoxycholic acid on silica; two runs with chloroform - isopropanol - acetic acid - water 25:30:4:1. Detection by spraying with 10% phosphomolybdate in ethanol. Quantification by densitometry at 590 nm.
Anal. Biochem. 220, 210-212 (1994). TLC on AgNO3-argentated silica with solvent mixtures of hexane - ether, ether - methanol, and toluene - acetonitrile in different proportions. Detection by film autoradiography. Quantification by liquid scintillation counting.

Chromatographia 46, 322-324 (1997). TLC on silica gel with toluene - ethyl acetate - formic acid 5:4:1. Quantitation by densitometry at 325 nm. The lower limits of detection, 1 ng for rosmarinic acid and 0.1 ng for caffeic acid.
Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 20 (3), 207-208 (2000). TLC on silica gel with chloroform - ether - acetone 9:6:1 with traces of NH3. Detection under UV 254 nm. Identification of the 4 components by comparison with the standards. Discussion of using the procedure for simultaneous determination of the 4 components.
