Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Biochem. Biophys. Res. Commun. 399, 716-720 (2010). HPTLC of globotriaosylceramide (Gb3) in mouse tissues on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - water 65:25:4. Detection by HPTLC-immunostaining with an anti-Gb3 monoclonal antibody. Quantification by densitometry with a luminescent image analyzer. The limit of detection of Gb3 was 50 ng/zone.
Anal. Biochem. 218, 224-226 (1994). Reverse-phase TLC of the products of title compounds incubated with CMP-N-acetylneuraminic acid (5x104 cpm) on RP-18 with water. Quantification by computed radiography involved photostimulated luminescence. The procedure is reliable for the simultaneous and rapid measurement of a large number of samples.
J. Lipid Res. 36, 1848-1855 (1995). HPTLC of glycosphingolipids on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - 0.2% CaCl2 60:35:8 and of gangliosides with chloroform - methanol - 0.2% CaCl2 55:45:8. Visualization of glycosphingolipids by spraying with 0.1% 5-hydroxy-1-tetralone in 80% H2SO4. Heating at 120°C for 10 min. Detection under UV 365 nm. Quantification by fluorodensitometry at 470/>500 nm. Lower limits of detection 2 - 5 pmol. New sensitive fluorescent labeling reagent for glycosphingolipids.
Anal. Biochem. 360 (1), 130-137 (2007). Determination of cholesteryl ester hydroperoxides, especially cholesteryl linoleate hydroperoxide isomers, by combination of TLC blotting with diphenyl-1-pyrenylphosphine fluorescent detection (DPPP-TLC blotting) and GC-electron ionization-MS (GC-EI-MS). After DPPP-TLC blotting of cholesteryl ester hydroperoxides fluorescent zones were obtianed which were extracted and derivatized by hydrogenation, transmethylation, and trimethylsilylation. The resulting methyl ester/trimethylsilylether derivatives of hydroxyoctadecenoic acid were then analyzed by GC-EI-MS using selected ion monitoring of isomer-specific fragment ions originating from the alpha-cleavage of the trimethylsilyloxyl group.
nauk SSSR, serija chimichestkaja 6,1405-1408 (1982) (Russian). (IR and UV spectrum of alpha and beta-methylhydrazides of aromatic carboxylic acids.) TLC of N'N-dimethylhydrazide, p,p'-diphenyloxydicarboxylic acid on silica with chloroform - ethanol 7:1. Detection with ninhydrin.
Z. Lebensm. Unters. Forsch. 175, 186-190 (1982). TLC of linoleic acid and decomposition products on silica twice with heptane-ether 7:3. Detection by radioassay or with 5 % phosphomolybdic acid in ethanol, 10 minutes at 150 °C, or DNP hydrazine.
J. Chromatogr. Sci 21, 87-93 (1983). TLC of erucic acid on silica acc. to R.B. LAYER, R. WOOD, J. Assoc. Publ. Analysts 18, 77-89 (1980).
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 6, 1193-1211 (1983). TLC and HPTLC of phospholipids (lecithin, sphingomyelin, phosphatidyl ethanolamine, inositol, serine, glycerol) and lipids (methyloleate, cholesteryl oleate, triolein, cholesterol) on silica with chloroform - ethyl acetate 94:6 and on predeveloped RP-18 with acetonitrile-MK-chloroform - acetic acid 50:30:15:5. Detection with phosphomolybdic acid, cupric acetate, ethanolic sulfuric acid spray reagents. Densitometry.
