Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Chromatogr. B 700, 1-8 (1997). Purification of the title compounds by two-step argentation TLC on silica gel impregnated with 5% silver nitrate in acetonitrile, developed with petroleum ether - ether - acetic acid 80:30:1. Detection with 0.01% primuline in acetone - water 4:1 and under UV. TLC of the purified fatty acid methyl esters with petroleum ether - ether - acetic acid 70:20:2. Detection by spraying with 0.2% 2,7-dichlorofluorescein in ethanol and under UV. Characterization by GC and GC-MS after elution.
Chinese J. Chromatogr. (Sepu) 18 (4), 367-369 (2000). TLC on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - acetic acid -water 80:10:8:1. Detection by spraying with 10% phosphomolybdic acid an ethanol and heating at 105°C for 10 min. Quantitation by densitometry at 530 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 15, 59-66 (2002). RPTLC of methyl laureate, methyl myristate, methyl palmitate, methyl isostearate, methyl stearate, and methyl arachidate on kieselguhr impregnated with different amounts of paraffin oil, using two different mobile phases. The RM values of these compounds for all the stationary phases and mobile phases investigated could be correlated with the dipole moments of the mobile phases, with the percentage impregnation of the stationary phase, and with numerical values of one topological index from among those based on the distance matrix or on the adjacency matrix. TLC of methyl laureate, myristate, palmitate, isostearate, stearate, and arachidate on kieselguhr impregnated with 10% or 15% of paraffin oil in hexane with methanol - water 9:1 and ethanol - water 9:1. Visualization with bromothymol blue or with an aqueous 0.005% solution of new fuchsin.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 16, 369-373 (2003). TLC of rosmarinic acid and valerenic acid on amino-modified silica gel with 8 binary phases (methanol - water, ethanol - water, propanol - water, acetonitrile - water, THF - water, acetonitrile - buffer, and methanol - buffer), in which the concentration of organic modifier varied from 0 to 100%, with chamber saturation at 20°C. Visualization by spraying with sulfuric acid conc. - methanol 1:10 and heating for 10 min at 120°C. Visualization under UV.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 17, 143-146 (2004). TLC of oleic, elaidic, palmitic, stearic, ricinoleic acid, methyl ricinoleate, alpha-hydroxypalmitic acid, methyl alpha-hydroxypalmitate, 12-hydroxystearic acid, methyl 12-hydroxystearate, 9,10-dihydroxystearic acid, methyl 9,10-dihydroxystearate on RP-18 with methanol - water 19:1 and 9:1. Detection with iodine vapor.
J. Biochem. (Tokyo) 107, 685-688 (1990). Identification of blood group A-active glycosphingolipids from human erythrocyte membranes by the combination of TLC and matrix-assisted secondary ion mass spectrometry (TLC/SIMS). Detection by TLC-immunostaining assay using anti-A antibody. Presentation of detailed information, such as molecular weight, molecular species, ceramide portion, and oligosaccharide sequence.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 21, 337-341 (2008). HPTLC of phospholipids (cholesterol, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylcholine, and lysophosphatidylcholine) on silica gel plates with a concentration zone (prewashed with dichloromethane - methanol 1:1) with chloroform - methanol - water 65:25:4 in a saturated twin trough chamber. Detection by spraying with aqueous copper sulfate reagent followed by heating. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 370 nm. Ninhydrin spray reagent was used to confirm the presence of phosphatidylethanolamine. The limit of quantification was 250 ng/spot.
