The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

TLC on silica with chloroform - methanol - 15 mM magnesium chloride 5:4:1 and chloroform - methanol - 2.5 mM NH3 5:4:1. Detection by spraying with resorcinol - hydrochloric acid reagent. Incubation with an enzyme mixture and a radioactive sugar nucleotide, followed by washing with phosphate buffer 2% Tween 80. Comparison of results from snails fed hens’ egg yolk of leaf lettuce. J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 326-328 (1991). TLC of 9 cholesterol esters on silica with carbon tetrachloride, on RP-18 silica with methanol - acetone 1:1 (3 developments) and on silver impregnated silica (10% silver nitrate) with hexane - ether 95:2 as mobile phases. Detection by spraying with 5 or 10 % phosphomolybdic acid in ethanol and heating for 10 min. at 110 °C. Quantification by densitometry.
