Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Research J. Pharm. and Tech. 3(1), 239-243 (2010). TLC of bumetanide in bulk drug and tablet formulation on silica gel with toluene - ethyl acetate - formic acid 14:7:1. The hRf value of bumetanide was 45 and it well resolved from degradation products. Quantitative evaluation by absorbance measurement at 335 nm. The method was linear in the range of 100-800 ng/band. The recovery was between 98.5-99.1 %. The sample was subjected to different stress conditions, e.g. acid, alkali, and photolytic oxidation.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 26, 232-236 (2013). TLC of acetylsalicylic acid and salicylic acid on silica gel with hexane - ethyl acetate 2:1. Detection by scanning at 101 wavelengths, from 200 to 300 nm. Positive matrix factorization used as a curve resolution approach allowed for the evaluation of the inhomogeneity of the application zone. The method was also applied for the system ciprofibrate/clorfibric acid on silica gel with hexane - tetrahydrofurane 8:2 + 1 drop glacial acetic acid.
CBS 119 (2017 12-13. HPTLC of hop extracts on silica gel (MS-grade) by automated multiple development using a 9-step AMD 2 gradient based on ethyl acetate – methanol – n-heptane. Quantitative determination by fluorescence measurement at 360/>400 nm with the deuterium lamp. The hRF of α-acids was 36 and of β-acids 65 and the matrix was well separated. With this study the differences in the bitter acid content of regional and varietal hops was determined. In most cases, the bitter hops contained more bitter acids than aromatic hops.
Analyst 111, 239-240 (1986). TLC of the title compound on silica-cellulose 1:1 with butanol - ethanol - water - NH3 (25%) 10:3:6:1 (2 h presaturation with solvent vapors). Detection by spraying with a solution mixed from 0.5 % NH4CNS in water and 0.5% FeCl3 in 1N HCl in equal volumes. Quantification of dibutylphosphoric acid by indirect spectrophotometry. Detection limit 600 -800 ng.
Detection by spraying with 10 % sulfuric acid and heating at 90 °C for 10 min. Quantification by densitometry at 530 nm.
J.A.O.A.C. 71, 785-788 (1988). TLC of the propyl esters of monostearin and distearin on silica with chloroform/acetone 9:1. Visualization with 10 % copper sulfate in 8 % phosphoric acid and heating at 150 °C for 1 h.
Phytochemistry 28, 489-490 (1989). TLC of chlorogenic acid, 3,4-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid and its esters on silica with butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5 (upper phase), on silica - KHSO4 14:1 with butanol - ethyl acetate 3:2.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 10, 102-105 (1990). TLC on silica with isooctane – butyl ether – acetic acid 8:5:5. Detection by spraying with 30% sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 120°C for 10 min. Quantification by densitometry at 380 nm.
