Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Talanta 60 (5), 945-953 (2003). TLC of linezolid from its alkaline degradation product on silica gel with isobutanol - ammonia 9:1. Quantitative determination by densitometric measurement at 244 nm. The proposed method and two other methods (based on spectrophotometry) were successfully applied to the determination of the drug in bulk powder, in laboratory prepared mixtures with its degradation product and in commercial tablets.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 27 (8), 938-941 (2005). TLC on silica gel with ethyl acetate - water - formic acid 10:1:1. Detection under UV 254 nm. Quantification of aristolochic acid l and ll by HPLC with gradient elution. Results are given for six batches of real life samples.
J. Chromatogr. A 1173 (1-2), 146-150 (2007). HPTLC of oenothein B and quercetin glucuronide in aqueous extract of Epilobii angustifolii herba on RP-18 W phase with 1) 25 % acetonitrile in water (with 50 mM H3PO4) over 80 mm for oenothein B, and 2) with acetonitrile over 40 mm for quercetin glucuronide. Quantification of oenothein B and quercetin glucuronide by densitometry at 270 and 350 nm, respectively. Linearity was between 1.14 and 2.28 µg/zone for oenothein B and 77 and 691 ng/zone for quercetin glucuronide. Aqueous extract of Epilobii angustifolii herba contained 152.46 ± 4.92 mg/g oenothein B and 22.07 ± 1.38 mg/g quercetin glucuronide.
J. Chromatogr. Sci. 46 (1), 4-9 (2008). Presentation of a simple and accurate stability-indicating method for the quantitative determination of ribavirin in its bulk and capsule forms by TLC on silica gel aluminium layer with chloroform – methanol – acetic acid 4:1:1. Detection by spraying with anisaldehyde reagent. Ribavirin is found to undergo degradation under all stress conditions, and the degradation products are well resolved from the pure drug with significantly different Rf values. Linearity was between 5 and 40 µg/spot (r = 0.9980). The limit of detection and of quantification was 1 and 5 µg/spot, respectively. Application of the proposed TLC method for the determination of ribavirin in pure form and in capsules, with good accuracy and precision. The results obtained by the proposed TLC method are comparable with those obtained by the official method.
J. Pharm. Res. 8(1), 9-11 (2009). HPTLC of clerodendrin A in Clerodendrum phlomidis and Ptemna integrifolia root on silica gel with n-hexane - ethyl formate 7:3. Detection by spraying with a 5 % aqueous solution of H2SO4, followed by heating at 110 °C. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 396 nm. Clerodendrum phlomidis roots contained more clerodendrin A (0.07 %) than roots of Ptemna integrifolia (0.04 %).
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. 28 (11), 1800-1803 (2008). TLC of adenosine and adenine in Lingzhi capsules on silica gel with chloroform – ethyl acetate – i-propanol – water 16:6:3:1. Detection under UV 254 nm. The method is simple, fast and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the medicine.
Acta Chromatographica 21(2), 299-317 (2009). HPTLC of amtolmetin guacil on silica gel with toluene – ethyl acetate 2:3. Identification and quantification by densitometric analysis in absorbance mode at 320 nm. The samples were subjected to acidic and alkaline hydrolysis, oxidation, dry heat treatment, and photo-degradation. The method was suitable for stability studies and to study the kinetics of degradation of amtolmetin guacil.
