The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Analyst 119, 2655-2658 (1994). TLC of 40 hormones on silica with chloroform - acetone 9:1, and cyclohexane - ethyl acetate - methanol 117:78:11. Detection by spraying with 10% sulfuric acid in methanol and heating at 95 °C for 10 min. Visualization under UV 366 nm. Detection limit were given. The method enables screening of 39 hormones illegally injected.

TLC on silica with 1) benzene - chloroform - ethyl acetate - formic acid 30:15:20:3, 2) hexane - ethyl acetate 7:3, 3) benzene - acetone 9:1, 4) ethyl acetate - acetone - benzene - NH3 20:15:10:1. Identification of the drug components by comparison with standards after spot visualization with different techniques. Quantification of matrine by densitometry at 520 nm. Discussion of the quality standard. Precision 0.57% (n=5). Recovery 96.4 ± 2.2% (n=3).
