The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

TLC on silica gel with 1) petroleum ether (60-90°C) - ethyl acetate 2:1, 2) ethyl acetate - acetone - formic acid - water 5:5:1:1. Detection 1) under UV 365 nm, 2) by spraying with 10% sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 110°C for 10 min. Identification by finger print technique. Quantitation of hydrocortisone acetate by derivative spectrophotometry.

TLC 1) on silica gel with petroleum ether (60-90°C) - ethyl acetate 4:1, 2) on polyamide with ethyl acetate - butanone - formic acid - water 6:4:1:1. Detection 1) under UV 365 nm, 2) by spraying with 1% AlCl3 in ethanol and under UV 365 nm. Identification by finger print technique.

TLC on silica gel with 1) petroleum ether (60-908C) - ethyl acetate 3:7, 2) petroleum ether (30-60°C)- methyl acetate - formic acid 15:5:1, 3) petroleum ether (60-90°C) - chloroform - ethyl acetate 6:3:1, 4) petroleum ether (60-90°C) - ethyl acetate 9:1, 5) petroleum ether (60-90°C) - ethyl acetate - chloroform - methanol 15:8:2:1. Detection 1) under UV 365 nm, 2) by spraying with 5% vanillin-sulfuric acid reagent and heating at 105°C, 3) under UV 255 nm. Identification by finger print technique.

Detection 1) by heating and under UV 365 nm, 2) by spraying with 10% H2SO4 in ethanol and heating at 105°C. Identification by fingerprint technique. Quantitation of tea polyphenol by UV spectrophotometry.

Detection by spraying with 10% H2SO4 in ethanol and heating at 105°C, and under UV 365 nm. Identification by comparison with the standard. Quantitation by densitometry at 380 nm.
