The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword

J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 52-57 (1991). Discussion of the past, present and future role of (HP)TLC in residue analysis in biological material from the standpoint of harmonization in the EEC. Quality criteria for the use of HPTLC in residue analysis are reviewed and compared with those of other chromatographic methods. The future of (HP)TLC in residue analysis will depend strongly upon possibilities for automation and specific detection at low detection limits.

Quantification by densitometry at 275 nm. Second degree polynomial function over the range 40 - 200 ng for theophylline, 60 - 300 ng for diprophylline and proxyphylline.

J. Liquid Chromatogr. 17, 2495-2509 (1994). Presentation of an experimental and statistical approach for validating the TLC assay of the title product, including the main particular aspects of the technique with a special focus on the detection and quantification limits. At the limit of quantification, in addition to the accuracy and repeatability tests, a ruggedness test has been investigated: the influence of the plate batch number, mobile phase composition and temperature on the assay results, resolution and Rf values.

Chromatographia 40, 737-739 (1995). Presentation of a method for determination of prednisolone acetate by stepwise gradient TLC on silica with chloroform - acetone 100:0, 90:10, 75:25, and densitometry, at 243 nm. The TLC method was found to be comparable to HPLC and radioisotope methods.
